We stayed here three nights on Passport rate. Great place. ATV friendly. Mines, rocks, and trails. New owners are very friendly and helpful. Laundry room has 6 commercial Maytag washers and dryers. If you are looking for a winter stay, it would be an excellent place. Long pull throughs, all gravel. You have to travel down a well maintained gravel road about 7 miles, but it a pleasant surprise when you arrive at park. Very peaceful and quiet. Large recreation room with kitchen. Lots of books to share. If we didn't live in Florida, I would spend the winter here!

Owner is really doing a lot of work on this park. Used to be a wreck, but is rapidly improving. The laundromat is quite nice. There are quite a few spaces that still need more leveling, especially in the side rows so most everyone is put on the back row. It would be nice to have a choice. It is a little inconvenient as it is about 3 miles out of Panguitch, so there is no walking into town if you intend to stay for an extended period of time. Our advise, give it a try. Decide for yourself. We would stay again.

We stayed for three nights for $45. Passport Rate Staff friendly and helpful. Grass sites, but very nice, wide spaces. It was a pleasure to not be cramped close to another RV with slide-outs. We have 3 slide-outs. Wish it weren't quite so far out of Mobile. (Our son lives there.) Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed for one week. Staff sat outside drinking beer. Not a good place if you have children. There was a gathering back in the rec (?) building with the staff and people not staying in the park. Quite a bit of bad language and drinking going on, and too much noise until late hours. Bathrooms were dirty and in need of good cleaning. Almost half of the washers and dryers in commercial laundomat on premises were out of order. Gravel parking is level, but when it rained, there were many muddy puddles. Internet was good when it worked. Told it is a problem in that area. Would not have stayed longer than the first two nights, but had some repairs done.
