Nice Park. Located in-town, good place to stay for visiting local area. Also, traffic is a bit noisy due to locations. Biking is popular but fishing is very challenging despite regular stocking. Finally, campground still gets full in spite of the high fee.
Stayed during Memorial Day weekend. The park is far from everything, closest town had a population of 200, no cell nor Wi-Fi for the teens. Most camp driveways were a bit short and narrow. Restrooms and showers were kept fairly clean but showers need updating. Bring coins for showers. Nice hike to the waterfalls! The park has two pools, a warm swimming but full of kids and hot wadding pool with brown-green hue but no sulfur odor. Get to the pool early, waiting lines can be long in the afternoon.
