This is a wonderful campground. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The restrooms and showers were always clean and very comfortable. The campsites are very tight, but every RV park in the area is tight. There are quite a few trees as obstacles that can cause a problem for large rigs, but there are many sites that accommodate them nicely. There is limited space to park tow vehicles, which causes a problem if you have two vehicles or people visiting. There are ducks that like to visit the campsites and really enjoy being fed bread.
The owners were very accommodating and informative. We took advantage of the weekly rate and stayed May 15th through the 22nd 2010. The bathrooms and showers were very clean the entire stay. The water pressure in the women's shower was poor, but I guarantee if it were brought to the owner's attention, they would correct it immediately. They were having problems with their wireless router, but they were on top of it and had the router replaced and corrected very quickly. The pool was not open, but they were working on it. I didn't ask, but more than likely, it would be open on Memorial day. The sites are not perfectly level, but very acceptable. The entire park slopes downhill at a slight grade, which helped expel the water from the intense rain that we experienced over the week. There are many wonderful trees in this campground. This is not a parking lot, it is a very nice campground. I tried fishing in the new pond, but I don't think it is stocked. Very nice laundry room, with 4 washers and 4 dryers. They also have cabins, which look really nice. If you are only staying a few days, they accept Good Sam discounts, but the weekly rate is cheaper.
