We stayed here for 9 nights and it was wonderful. The campground was centrally located and easy to get to the local beaches and other points of interest. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant and the park was very clean with updated bathrooms and showers. The only reason I did not give this park a 10 was the lack of any paved roads, but during a heavy rain, our site drained very well due to a mostly grass/sandy soil combination. We will defiantly stay here again on our next trip to Cape Cod.
We stayed in the Sunset Acres section which had large level sites with full hookups but was a little pricey. Very nice, quite area with plenty of room for our 34ft. trailer and large tow vehicle. The paved patio and fire ring area were a plus. The Wi-Fi was very spotty with a few days of no service at all. The sewer connections for our neighbors were next to our patio and should have been moved over so we wouldn't trip on them or smell them. The staff was friendly and helpful, store was well stocked and interior roads were fairly smooth.
This was a small RV park that is well located amongst the Amish farms (expect to smell some livestock when the winds shift) with very close sites. The pool was always crowded and not very clean. Office staff was friendly and helpful and store was well stocked. The Amish do come through the campground selling fresh vegetables, baked goods and various hand made crafts. Wi-FI was very spotty and not very reliable. Our site was mostly stone with little shade and very close to our neighbors which made getting on and off our site a real challenge. We would probably stay here again.
This is the place that you will compare all other campgrounds to! Its very conveniently located to all that the Addirondacks have to offer and the free shuttle service is great! This is a rather expensive park, but you really do get a lot in return like live free shows, an indoor movie theater, several pools both indoor and (heated) outdoor, and family bingo are only a few of the free things to do here. Overall, this park is very clean with a very helpful staff, well stocked store and lots to do. Lots of shady sites that are well planned and hook ups are conveniently located. The entire park has paved roads that are good for biking or walking! We have been going to this park several times a year for the last 25+ years and we will continue to come here as this is the best in the Northeast!
It is a very clean campground. The Park staff was helpful but the camp store was sparsely stocked with very few food items. The pool was good but needed to be cleaned a little more often. This campground will get better when the small trees that were planted grow more to provide some shade. Sites were good size in both width and depth and many were available. Hook ups were not planned very well and were shared between sites. The cable TV channels selections were poor as there was no major networks (CBS, NBC, or ABC) on the 12 channels that were provided. On the up side, It was close to some beaches (15 Minute drive) and 20 minutes to Rehobeth beach. I would probably stay here again.
