We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Jackson. You can't beat the location (in the city limits, but you would not know it when in the campground). Site 16 was directly adjacent to the lake and across the loop from the restrooms/showers, which we did not use. Nice shady and level site and clean 50A power. DO follow the web site's direction and don't rely on your GPS; otherwise you will end up at a locked employee entry gate. Entry booth is not manned. If you have a reservation, just pull in, go to your site and the ranger will find you and provide you with a hang tag for your vehicle. The entry is VERY tight, with a 90 degree turn with fences/obstacles on each side. I drive a 40' motorhome with a Jeep in tow. I opted to disconnect the tow outside the gate AND entered the EXIT SIDE of the gate with the motorhome. I did not think I could negotiate the curve on the ENTRY SIDE of the gate and still have a viable paint job on the sides. Even so, on exit I came within inches of touching the steel pipe fencing. Very convenient to the state capitol (only a few exits south of the campground). I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Very convenient to Memphis area and only 15 minutes to downtown. Convenient access to I-55 and I-40. Owners spend a lot of time keeping the campground tidy and clean. Trash pickup 3 times a day at your site. Solid 50A power, especially needed in the summer. Excellent view and entertainment watching barge traffic up and down the Mississippi. Owner was accommodating at check-in when I discussed site options, eventually choosing one that provided shade in the afternoon, much needed in this area. Laundry facilities are FREE. Two extra capacity washers and dryers in our section. I didn't visit the other bath/laundry facilities. There were many one night stayers here, but we enjoyed the multi-night stay. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

This is a lovely park/campground that gets lots of activity. I had reservations, but on arrival, the staff offered other sites that they thought I might like better. In fact, the most popular site (C10) was just available, and she gave me the option to switch. It is a wonderful site. Partial shade. Drivers side looks out to a picnic pavilion and the passenger side looks out to a large grassy area between looks. The site was on the river and perfectly flat. Friendly staff, well kept grounds, ample 50A power, clean water with adequate pressure. More like a city park than campground, but very nice indeed. I'll be back.

My wife found this park and was interested in the Old Davidsonville town site location. Since it was on our way to a rally, I called to make reservations and felt that the person I talked to was excited that I wanted to stay here. This park is a pure gem! The park is well kept, sites very level, lots of trees (I don't care about satellite reception). Of the twenty four RV sites, the first night there were only three campers, last night only us. The park is in the northwest corner of Arkansas, so I guess its mostly locals that use it, but it works for us. There is a nice small lake, level hiking trails, river access, and of course, the site of Old Davidsonville. Garbage bins are handy, picnic tables and grills at each site, and a porch swing donated by a local Good Sam chapter in 1992 sitting in the middle of the camping loop. Downside - there is only 1 50A space (we have it), but power is clean and consistent. Water has good pressure. I would stay here again, if in the area.

This is a gem of a campground just off I280 loop around Davenport. I entered through Gate 5, where there are full connections including excellent 50A electrical. My site had an asphalt pad, almost perfectly level. There is a combination of sites with and without treas (for those with satellite systems). I saw one bath house at the front and it was clean and well kept. It didn't have individual dressing areas, which my wife prefers. I asked for the senior discount and the rate was only $19. Our 41 foot motorhome and had no problems parking or leaving.

This park is under new ownership and they are intent on making improvements. This sites are level but mine was not fully packed down, so I would use my jack pads next time. Order the pizza and they will deliver: it is great! Electricity voltage is on the high side and my surge protector kept kicking off during the stay. However, the owner was responsive in understanding my concerns. As I was leaving, the power company truck was arriving to look at the issues. The staff are friendly and helpful, laundry was clean and affordable. This would be a great place to stay with kids because there are weekend activities planned. Unfortunately, our grandkids were not with us to enjoy the experience. While in the area, be sure to see the Living History Farm. Both adults and children will enjoy it.

I chose to stay here regardless of some previous negative comments and I am glad I did. Yes, some of the grass is brown, but there is plenty of green grass where it can grow. Today was 100 degrees and it is very dry, as is most of the state of Montana. The sites are large and relatively level. 50 amp power is plentiful and in the green zone of my AC meter. The office staff is helpful and friendly. I couldn't care less if the office is cluttered. Staff lady was able to grab an extension TV cable for me while also handling a phone call. When my toad AC went out, she recommended some local repair places to consult. The park is fairly priced for the connections and location. My only concern is that if I stay here too long, the double scoop ice cream social every day at 7:00 pm will add too many pounds to my waistline.

Stayed here 2 nights. One of the selection criteria was WiFi access. When I arrived, I could access the WiFi Access Point, but did not get an IP address. After the technician arrived, I got an IP address and could access the internet from the laundry. Later, back in the coach, I tried WiFi several times. This was a painfully slow process. Link speed was 1 Mbps, but actual speed must have been much slower since many web sites timed out and failed to respond. I consider WiFi access as not-acceptable and unusable. The park was only about 20% full, so it should not have been a result of too many people accessing the access point at the same time. Bathrooms were dated, but clean.
