Nice owner/manager. Awesome water pressure. Only sites available were right next to the highway, so it was a little noisy. Bathrooms about ready for a remodel. Honor system for laundry, and store is nice. NO place to walk a dog except along the highway. Close to town if you need that.
Clean park but a little funky around the edges. About half the park were long term tenants. But not snow birds. Good price. Affable owner/manager. But he didn't tell me that the sewage tank was right next to our site and had that smell our whole time. Flies, too. Traffic noise made it hard to sleep soundly. "Bath house" was a portable shed with 1 dollar shower, toilet, sink and W/D. Didn't use it. Close to town, though. Easy to find.
Nice clean small park. Owner/manager keeps it spotless. Easy to be sociable. Great views. Lake is a bit of a hike, and the water was low. But thousands of Sand Hill Cranes were wintering there. No bath/shower house. Make sure you go past the State Park to the smiley face flag.
