Although the sites are not overly large, they are nice. The facilities are always clean and they have a beautiful pool and friendly service. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to the pier and town make this a great place to stay. We were very happy with the accommodations and will definitely return in the near future.
What a beautiful and well maintained park. The sites were large and relatively flat. The views of the beach are fabulous and it is an easy walk to the beach. There is a path/bikeway to the nearby town. The restrooms were clean and well kept. This park even has a laundry facility that was clean and in good working order. The campground sells firewood and an enterprising entrepreneur comes by to sell ice and ice cream. A great place to stay and I would definitely return again!
The advertisement for this facility is contrary to the actual RV park. The access is not accommodating to RVs and the signage is poor. The fee of $60 is grossly OVERPRICED. We have camped at many RV Resorts and this KOA is basically a parking lot with hookups. The sites are too narrow for slideouts. The sites are directly across from a Chevron station and the 101 freeway. This made a very noisy stay. I would not recommend this facility nor would I return.
