This is a very nice park, well taken care of. We had a lot of water on our site, but it did rain a lot for two days. Big sites had a lot of room, and they did have some activities for the kids, but it was for more younger kids, and I have older kids.The girls in the office were very nice and helpful. We kind of wish they didn't let non-campers in the pool area but just the beach area since we are paying to camp there. We would go back, and we would have if a camping club hadn't bought all the sites up for one of the weekends we wanted to go there. There were sites left, but they were all the way in the back and not full hook up.

We stayed for three nights. This was our first time camping here. I think that it would be good place if you're just staying for a night, but more than that I would not recommend. The campground needs a lot of work, like the grass mowed and more gravel on the individual sites and the roads. I do have to say they were nice when I checked in but didn't see much of anybody that worked there the rest of the time I stayed. Not much for my kids to do other than the indoor pool; the playground was very old and out dated. I opened one of the showers (other than the ones by the pool), and it looked as if they had not been cleaned in months.

We have stayed here many times and are very pleased with this campground and their staff. They always have activities, and are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers are always clean and taken care of. The times that we have stayed there the pool was very clean, and the permanent people that stay there are always nice and helpful, and they always make you feel welcome.
