We spent two nights here, not much to do this time of year. The few things available were closed on Mondays. Our only full day in PG. Only electric available this time of year, but the restroom was very clean and showers were free, unlike other parks that charge, and lots of hot water in shower. Only really bad thing is that there is very poor drainage of the water from the melting snow at this time of year which created s real problem when we were leaving. The road for exiting the camp loops was a quagmire and our truck sunk up to the axles and we had to contact our emergency road service to be towed out. The owner was nice enough to refund us our camping fee for both nights because of this problem. We have stayed at this park in 2009 and would stay again.

Owner very friendly and although we arrived late in the day, and most of the spaces available at this time of year were occupied, he found space for us. But we only had power. He saw to it that we were able to fill up with water and were able to dump our tanks. Had to stay longer than planned due to weather and he let us pay a day at a time. The restrooms were very nice; although, I think it is wrong to have to pay to use showers when we already were paying $40 a night for just power hookup. Lots of snow melting so was quite muddy. It seems BC towns don't use much pavement, only gravel. Would stay here again as everything was clean.

Nice clean park, easy in, easy out. Staff friendly. Nice walking/biking path. Close to downtown Salt Lake City. It is close to the interstate so if traffic noise is going to bother you, you might want to stay elsewhere. We did not notice the noise because our windows were closed while we were here. A few long-timers, only saw one that could use a bit of cleanup. Would stay here again.

If you are looking for quiet, scenery, hiking/biking trails this is the place for you. Do bring plenty of your own water as all water for the park has to be trucked in from Moab, 30 miles away. Fabulous views of the Canyonlands from the point overlook. Close to the entrance of Canyonlands National Park, and about 25 miles from the entrance to Arches National Park. Staff and campground hosts very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely park with nice lake. Restrooms immaculate. They are small but more than adequate in size. The only drawback to this park is the highway noise, especially on weekday mornings.

We stayed here because of the ratings in the Trailer Life Directory of 9/9.5*/9. The length of our stay was from 9/14/2011 until 9/20/2011. We were very disappointed with the facilities for the price of $45.00 a night. There was trash and bottle caps all over the sight we were assigned, and also in the surrounding sights. The restrooms were nowhere near as clean as they could be. The grass all needed to be mowed. My husband and I spend most of our time in State Parks around the country volunteering as campground hosts and we would never let a camper move into a site that was as dirty as this one was. We, also, are very particular about restrooms and know how they should be cleaned. It is a disgrace that they would charge to use showers when the showers are not very clean. It is also wrong to be charging for showers when you are paying $45.00 per day to camp. When we first checked in the girl at the office was very friendly and helpful. Later when my husband went up to notify the office that we were not receiving the correct amps at the sight, there was a different lady and she was very unfriendly, and did not seem at all concerned about the problem. On the night of Saturday/Sunday the 17th/18th we were awakened by campers in a tent across from us. They were talking very loud, drinking, and playing loud music. This was at 1:00 am. We called the office phone numbers and only received a recording. We left a message; there was no way to reach the campground management. We finally called the local police department for disturbance of the peace. They finally arrived about 2:30 am. This is totally unacceptable that we should have to put up with this type of noise when quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. On the 19th we went to do laundry, we were washing 3 loads of wash. Two of the washers were working fine; the 3rd one would not agitate. I went to the office to report the problem. The girl in the office said she would track down the person responsible for them. She came into the laundry room about 10 minutes later, she said the washing machine company would have to come out to fix the washer and she told me I would have to move the clothes to another washer. She gave me the money for it, but did not offer to help me wring out the clothes or move them. So I had to wring out all the clothes and move them to another washer. The laundry room does NOT have a sink or any paper towels to dry hands off, so there I was with drippy hands. During the whole time we were at the campground we have not seen any cleanup of the grounds. We would NOT recommend this campground to anyone .

Nice park, but off the beaten path. Not much to do in the area, we visited Cooperstown but it is a bit of a drive. We stayed here because we could use our Passport America discount. Grass was well mowed, but pool not yet open, even though it was very hot and would have liked to be able to swim. Nice distance between sites, best we have seen in any private park. Some of the buildings are in real need of maintenance. Several seasonal residents but everything was very clean. If you are looking for a place to just have some quiet time with no noise this would be a good a place.

Clean, nice store with many items, owners friendly. Many permanent trailers but area kept clean. Large pool and very nice playground. Pull through sites in full sun. Only 30 amp available and when we wanted to sit outside to use our computer had to plug it into the RV as the outside post plug did not work. Not too far from Corning which was were we visiting. Would stay here again.

OK for an overnight stay, no amenities or things to do at park. Owner friendly, grass mowed, no trees. Right on highway and there is traffic noise. We stayed here because Allegany state park said they could not accommodate a rig our size, which we found later was not true. The state park is much nicer and would stay there next time.

Would not recommend this park if you have other options. If we had not already paid we would have left. They do not give refunds and do not take credit cards. Basically this is just a run down trailer park. Restrooms are falling apart and not clean.

Nice campground, well laid out, clean restrooms, no garbage visible, clean firepits and sites nicely kept. Only drawback seemed that vehicles were parked everywhere and the rules we were given, did not seem to be enforced even though we saw the rangers driving through several times.

We stayed here for 2 nights in early April after reading the reviews and talking to some people who said it was a really nice park. We were very disappointed. There was trash all around the park and in our site was a reservation slip from the previous November: this tells me no one bothers to pick up trash! Our fire pit and others around had trash in them and needed to be cleaned out. Obviously no one enforces the rules as dogs were constantly barking and even after we asked at the front gate if someone could do something about it, nothing was done. One camper was letting their dog run loose all over the campground. Also, the bathhouse needed some cleaning and was out of toilet paper. It is a shame as the lake is very beautiful and with some TLC this could be a pleasant place to stay. But we will not stay here again.
