We stayed here four nights while exploring the area. It is a nice park that is well laid out with a good mix of site sizes. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
We stayed for an overnight and were pleasantly surprised. The sites are mostly large and separated by trees. We could see Lake Superior out our back window. There are trails to and along the river to view several waterfalls. We would definitely come here again.
Nice clean park with good access to Bryce Canyon, Scenic Byway 12 and Grand Staircase Escalante. The facilities were excellent with some of the cleanest restrooms and showers I have seen. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful campground located near the main visitor center. The campground is well laid out and for the time of year, was very comfortable. The temps were 80's during the day and 50's at night, much better than the higher elevations all around the area. As noted by others, there are no showers in the campground. You must travel into Springdale which is just across the river and accessible by free bus service. We would stay here again.
Good location in the Grand Canyon area. The sites are wooded and not too close together. The showers are at the entrance to the campground and are $2 for 8 minutes, but that is plenty of time. There is a laundry at the same facility and both are very clean. There is an attendant available at all times, so quarters can be obtained on site. There are limited sites for larger rigs but ours was a large pull through. We would stay again.
Stayed here four nights and got the 4th night free. This campground is in a more or less industrial area but that did not present a problem. It is basic, full hookup camping, very clean and well maintained. We used it as a base to visit area attractions including Chaco Canyon and Aztec Ruins. There are many things to see in the surrounding area. We would stay here again.
This is a beautiful park with fantastic views of the canyon. The sites are situated on the floor of the canyon where they are protected somewhat from the constant wind on the rim. The trails are great, they vary from moderate to difficult. We enjoyed our stay and will go again.
