I would have to echo the previous reviewer's comment on the difference in sites. We also had a larger gravel site on our way north. Two weeks later when heading home, we had a concrete site. These are very small but for us was not an issue as we came in late (7PM) and did not disconnect. It was a quick in and out the next morning. If I had wanted to put our awning out it would have been impossible as our nieghbor's slide was in the way. This is not a destination campground but it is very well run, very clean and everyone was pleasant. It is next to a freeway so there is the noise factor but for a quick overnight stop, it's very convenient.
This was one of the nicest campsites we've stayed at. Sites are large, clean and well spaced. The sites are mostly shaded and the campsite in general is very quite. Everything else has already been mentioned by the other reviewers. Will definitely stay here again.
The park is very clean and quite. Owners are very accommodating and friendly. Many seasonals but at this park there's not the usual run down TTs you see in many parks. All are well kept and with no swimming pool, a lot fewer kids. They were having their Christmas In July celebration while we were there and everyone really gets into it. Many of the campsites were decorated for the holiday, some quite elaborate. In the evening they had a pot luck dinner, balloon and tractor rides and of course, Santa. What a great park.
Very nice park with quite a few seasonals. Unlike many parks parks however, we didn't notice any of the seasonal trailers in a run down state. All were well kept and there was plenty of green space. Lots of room to maneuver in the upper area but lower area seemed a little more cramped. Hookups are well located and park was very clean. Camp store has only the barest of necessities. Owners were friendly and quite helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
This campsite is as well kept as any I have ever visited. It is absolutely clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a nice corner lot which was great for walking our two ankle biters. The only negative (and it's a small one), is that the wireless network signal was very weak at our site even though we were no more than 300 feet from the antenna. Other than that, we had a perfect stay. Would certainly camp there again.
This park is a joke. Their website claims 25 sites but I saw no more than 3. The two sites I had personal experience with had the sewer connections higher than the my dump valves. The grass was at least 6 inches high, no picnic tables, no rest rooms, no showers, no nothing! While we didn't detect any smells during our four days there, it sits approx. 500 yards from a sewage treatment plant. Avoid this place like the plague!
