Ask before check in if cable TV was available and was advised it was. I was given a comcast box and phone number to connect to cable outlet and TV and was advised it only takes 3 minutes. After contacting comcast for 45 minutes and getting nothing to work went back to office and was advised that cable was not working. I ask to talk to the manager when she returned. Did not receive a call back. Called Resort several time to see about a refund and after several more call was advise that the bill would not be adjusted. After driving all day who would want to spend 45 minutes to a hour of their time trying to get Cable TV. Management was not responsive to problem. Would never stay here again.
