We love this park. There are no amenities, but the people are incredible. The manager is absolutely the most wonderful manager anywhere. Honest, does what he says and doesn't charge a penny more than he pays for electricity. The monthly rate is 225. And electricity is 9 cents. Only reason I didn't rate a 10 is no restrooms/laundry, but we will be going back. Very quiet park.

2nd nicest FamCamp we've stayed in...second to Ellsworth AFB in Rapid City. One problem...hotter than the dickens. Checked out a day early due to 111 degrees. Gladly refunded the day's difference. Would stay here again...but in the winter.

Back of the Tonopah Casino. You get what you pay for. Had couple fighting in the parking lot. Won't go back here.

Lovely little park. Level sites. Park will give you $2. off if you pay with cash. When asked if checks were taken, response was: "Oh no." That's not cash. Office lady wasn't the friendliest, but would return to this park.

Beautiful park. Immaculate facilities. Very friendly staff. Can't wait to return.

Very nice park. Only reason we didn't give 10 was because park is dusty from gravel and internet is sparse. Lots of construction going on on road up the hill from park. Pretty bumpy entrance because of construction. Train nearby but tolerable. Would stay here again. Very friendly, accommodating staff.

We have full timed in this park until June 13. Park is beautiful but.. New owners/managers have trailer park attitudes instead of RV park. We know of 6-8 full timers that have left the park because of lack of knowledge on how to manage park. Rules are not adhered to for ALL residents...only overnighters and rally's. What a shame that such a pretty park doesn't care about those people who make them their living.

Beautiful little park with nice level sites. Would have stayed longer but sightseeing in Grand Junction leaves a little to be desired!

Awful park. Cramped spaces with permanent residents who have recliners outside, trash outside,and junk stacked everywhere. Wi-fi "comes and goes" per office staff. Only positive thing I can say is roads are paved with level sites. Parking was atrocious. Would rather dry camp in a parking lot.

What a nice park. Level sites, concrete pads, picnic tables, bbqs at each site. The camp hosts are incredible people. Wi-Fi is good, AT&T cell phone reception is good also. Will definitely stay here again.

Rate reflects PPA nightly rate. Park is VERY close to the highway with lots of traffic noise. The only "amenity" near the park is a Flying-J truck stop. Park was muddy after rain. Parking with rig is impossible as we had to park in an adjacent site after getting permission from the office. Won't stay here again.

Nice quiet little park. Beautiful pool, friendly staff. Only complaint is that the old cottonwood trees were shedding terribly. Looked like snow. Even though park is close to interstate, noise was at a minimum. We would stay here again.

Even though the rate is cheap, the grass is knee high at sites and they are very close together. Poorly maintained park.

What an incredible park!!! Level concrete sites, gated electronic entry and fabulous staff. Kansas is not one of our favorite vacation spots but this park could change that!
