Just stayed one night while passing through Moab. Nice park. Friendly staff. Great 50 amp hookup. Cable was a nice treat (don't see this very often any more). Each site had concrete sidewalk for getting out of the trailer and the picnic table was on a concrete slab as well. Nice touch.
We stayed just one night while heading to Montana. The campground is dusty and full of ATVs. Campsites are packed in, with little room between RVs. The site issued to us was just big enough for our trailer and very difficult to get out of. I had to ask two people to move their cars so I could pull out. I scratched the roof of my trailer with low lying trees. Please note, this a 28 foot Airstream, not a massive motor home or fifth wheel. I would look else where in the future.
Stayed here over night on our way to and back from Montana. Nice campground. Friendly staff. Well maintained park. The small dog park is a nice feature. Spaces are tight (pretty much packed in) and the road noise from the interstate highway is significant.
Beware of cancelation policy. We tried to cancel our 7 day reservation with 8 days notice. I was informed that 10 days was required. As a result I would lose our 1 day deposit and be charged for the full 7 days (one day was free with a week reservation). This is a pretty steep price. I'm glad I didn't reserve the site for 2 weeks! After some pondering we rescheduled our urgent surgery to an earlier date and went anyway. The campground is wooded and beautiful. There's ample space and the facilities are clean. Staff was cordial. We left after 4 days (we paid for 7). We should have stayed home, as we felt pressured due to the cancellation policy.
Nice park with convenient access to Durango. Stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. Trailer sites are a bit cramped. Lots of shade trees. Dog park was a nice bonus. Located outside of town, so walks on the country roads were enjoyable. Several hiking trails within a few miles.
Stayed three long nights in travel trailer. Camping sites are on a large grassy field without pavement. There is a local bear/bears that make nightly runs throughout the campground. Plastic trash bins are ravaged everyday. The staff seems to be content in cleaning this up daily. It seems that the ownership would invest in bear proof bins to deter the wild animals. Campers should be warned to exercise extreme caution. My neighbor played his radio all night long to keep the bear away from his porch. Very annoying. I would avoid this place. TV and Wi-Fi reception were poor.
