The rate is based upon a month's stay. The park is small, crowded and geared more towards long term rentals and not winter Texans. The owners have an onsite Texas BBQ (Stevie Lew's BBQ} and the Rockport Coffee Company which appear to be their top priorities. If you should stay at this park, please buy bottled water. The salt in the water affects the drinkability. During our visit the landscapers damaged our sewer hose which we were never compensated for by the owner (who said he would take of) or the landscaper. After the lawn was mowed we had to hose down our motorhome to remove the grass clippings. The upside of this park is that it is clean and the work campers are readily available to help wherever and whenever they can.
If you plan on staying here for an extended time make sure you are in the lower lot. We were stuck in the top lot which is nothing more than a gravel parking lot with hookups. No shade, no trash pickup, no dumpster. Had to walk the trash about 1/4 mile to dumpster located in the first lot. The area we stayed in was okay for an overnight stay coming off I-81. We would not return.
