It's quiet, our site was level, there are dog walks with grass and trees, and the place was beautiful. Trees with sunlight filtering through, but no trees blocking sites. Reading the other reviews, I would have to say, yes, there are some long term residents. That's not a problem for me. Everyone I met was friendly. I felt comfortable, safe, the location was soothing and breezy, and the manager was very nice. We maneuvered a 43' RV with tow vehicle around the park with no problem. We will stay here again.
Sites are level, gravel, easy to make the turns, escort you to park, excellent laundry facilities. Pretty park, nice view of the mountains. We liked the owners, they were very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
Funky vintage place with history and the pix to prove it. Several antique RVs for rent on site that have been restored and are charming. There is an old Hudson Continental with a teardrop camper painted to match. Sites were level, gravel and sand, dry, all good. Interesting office with multiple rooms and art and souvenirs as well as supplies. We would stay here again. They could use a decent dog run.
No kids, so it's quiet. It's landscaped and tidy and clean, and very pretty. We liked the other residents. Some are long term and some are repeat visitors. The owners are so nice and helpful that they get a lot of repeat business. Watch for the sign, it's easy to miss on the highway. They have the best dog run I've ever seen, 300' long by 30' wide, with a variety of plants, trees and topography that makes it interesting and fun for the dogs. Lots of pull throughs.
