We really have been impressed with this park and it's managers, We were very happy they are not with KOA any more. The entire park was very well maintained. The sites were nice, patio, table, rocking chairs, good grill, and fire pit. Strong internet, good cable line-up. Will stay here many times to come.

Stayed there for a couple of weeks. Very quiet except on weekends; it then turns into a deer hunting camp with large campfires, loud talking late at night, and bathrooms left a mess. Found a very large pile of chewing tobacco in shower. Wi-Fi was very weak and slow. No cell phone service for AT&T and Sprint. Grass burrs everywhere. Everyone drives fast through park, even security! Sorry can't come back!

Just off I-45, brings quiet a bit of road noise, but not enough to be an issue. Laundry/Restrooms/Showers building looks like hell, but they are clean. Owners pets (at least three dogs) are running loose and it appears no one picks up after them. Also had 7 or 8 chickens walking through the park, with a very loud rooster. Yes, I said Chickens! Restaurant on site, serves really good food and super staff.
