A great campground, and really nice host. It sits at the end of an inlet, which the tide drains completely twice a day. There's a beautiful walking path, with benches to sit and enjoy the sunset. Wi-Fi is sporadic at best, but they've been working on improving it. We would definitely stay here again. (We paid for a month, hence reduced rate.)
Our site was quite roomy and backed up to a woodsy area. A bit pricey for a space without sewer, but they do offer a honey wagon service for only $8. The Wifi worked for a little while when we first got there but never again. The Shuttle bus to Bar Harbor and Acadia stops right in the park, which was very convenient.
One of the nicest campgrounds around. Most sites are very level, and many back up to a woodsy area. Mosquitos can be bad, but they have been everywhere we have gone in Maine. Best Wi-Fi ever: great signal, even when they were fairly busy. Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! (Rate based on CampClub USA rate.)
