We were on the lower level near the railroad tracks. This place is loud when the train comes through. There are a lot of people that are permanent at this park. The full time people have a lot of stuff outside their trailer/motorhomes. The staff was nice. The pool was ice cold even in July when the temperature was over 100 degrees out.
The first thing that needs to be understood is that there are train tracks on the east side of the park. They did not bother me, but the wife didn't like them too much. The pool was clean and well kept. The host was very nice and the shop was well stocked and not very overpriced. I would stay there again
