This is a very nice RV park and would probably rate a 9, unless you are a Coast to Coast member as we are. We were only allowed to use the area called Phase 4 (which is where the work campers, etc. must also park their rigs.) This area is at the far end of the park; not at all level; has deteriorating railroad ties for retaining walls; sites are anything from grass to gravel, or rutted dirt and many can be difficult to enter for anything larger than a small travel trailer. We did have full use of all of the amenities and found the pools, clubhouse, lodge, laundry, mini-golf, etc. to be quite nice. It's just obvious that Coast to Coast were not priority guests even when many, many spaces were open in the other Phases.
When arriving we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, when we telephoned a day ahead we were not informed that the outdoor pool was unusable and there are no swimming beaches on the lake. The indoor pool bottom looked dirty so we did not want to use it. Our site was large with good TV reception, Wi-Fi, and 50amp. Many of the other sites could use some TLC and the rental trailers detract from the overall appearance of the park. The restrooms and showers were immaculate and clubhouse had a great view and was a nice size. There did seem to be activities each day from which to choose.
