This is a typical desert campground. We stayed on a lake front lot. There is pumping service available on the lake front lots. The lake lots have GREAT views. The restrooms are old but kept very clean. The buildings and campground areas are not really taken care of. There is WiFi available for a fee that is mostly good, but slow at times. Will return.
We have stayed here before because we like it's remoteness. It is still close to the outer loop and all things Branson. Our site was level but not all are. On site car wash came in handy. Great staff. Good Wi-Fi.
This is the nicest park we have stayed at in all our years of travel. Huge lots with some paved and some grass. For week-ends and holidays you really need reservations. Great paved walking paths. Although most of the lots are park models of full time RVs, the people are very friendly. WiFi is available through the phone company but very expensive. Our Verison worked great.
Nice park with level, good size, dirt sites. Very handy for traveling the Traverse City area. We found the young staff were not helpful in answering local questions. Full time residents helped us. The laundry was dirty and several machines were broke down for the week we were there.
Beautiful well maintained park. Paved streets and paved level lots. Fair Wi-Fi. They have a long list of rules that are not all enforced ie: no flags, no signs, nothing driven into the ground. We stayed 5 days and would return.
This park is difficult to rate. The lots in the front of the park are tight and the backs overlap. Lots 10-22 are on the water with great views. However, on these lots the hook-ups are on the wrong side unless you have a motorhome and drive in frontwards. You will need long hoses and power cords. The Wi-Fi is not reliable. We rented a lot from an owner for a month.
This is a beautiful park. However, sites are not level. Although the park has nothing to do with this, the road noise is the worst we have ever experienced with semis hitting the rumble strips. Only used the restrooms once and they were in terrible shape. The park is located on a stretch of the original Route 66
This is an older KOA. It is a good over-night stop. The lots are long and level. The owners are great. They were in the process of redoing the office. They said they were going to redo the restrooms also.
This was an overnight stop. We were so disappointed with this KOA we wrote the headquarters. The park is poorly maintained. The pot holes are unacceptable especially since they have a large pile of fill in the corner of the park. The lots are long, level and shaded but very narrow. The check in staff was great as was the escort.
Great park once you get here. Lots on the river are paved, long and level. We enjoyed watching the river traffic. The park is convenient to Memphis attractions. The free laundry has high end, front load machines.
Don't miss this park. This is a small, quiet park. Lots are large, shaded and level. Great location for the area attractions. We loved it so much we stayed 2 extra days to sit and watch the creek flow by.
This is a well maintained park. The staff is extremely helpful. They have a booklet of the area attractions that is something every RV park should have. It describes the attraction and gives directions to it from the park. The lots are not level side to side and the roads are rough. This is the first park we have stayed in, that the freeway noise was extreme. The Wi-Fi was very good. We would stay again.
Nicely maintained park. The lots are not really level side to side. If the park gets full, a pull-through site turns into 2 back-ins. Very convenient to local attractions and to the train into Charlotte. The park puts on a super July 4th program. They have a meal and then a great fireworks show.
WOW. That tells the story. This is a great park. The lots are large, paved and level. So much to do right in the park. $40 is the non resident rate. Be sure to turn left when you enter the park. The office is not marked but is on your left.
This was our 2nd stay having been here 5 years ago. We stayed a week. This park is a great location with a wonderful beach. The lots are good size, paved and level. We found the maintenance of the park lacking. The laundry was dirty. The dumpster by the laundry was overflowing the whole week. You could smell it a block away. The trash cans by the beach always seemed to be overflowing. I did write the park about our concerns.
Beautifully maintained park. Only problem was for an overnight stay, we had to unhook 5th wheel to fit on lot. Reveille played early in the morning at the AFB was interesting. Would stay again for a longer stay.
Stayed overnight. The lots are narrow, long, paved and level. We arrived just after a rain and were unable to pull into the lot without getting 5th wheel tires in the mud. The staff is great. The park and buildings are very well kept.
