Lots of trains. Lots. Overnight too. So if you can't stand train traffic don't come here. However if you can manage that, this is a great place to be. Lots of trails around the riverfront. A short walk up to Fort Langley for quaint yummy food. Sites are level and clean. Open, not many trees in the sites but the edges of the campground are surrounded by them. Overall, quite pretty. We come here in the off season because it's close to home and we can get away and still have full camping experience.

This place is quite hidden away but worth the drive. You're right across the street from the Mamquam river which is a great hike up it. Sites are level, serviced and super clean. The campfire grill is a worthy place to grab a lunch or dinner. We've stayed here twice in the off season. We'll be back. Beware of the gun range up the street. You can hear it during the day but night is very quiet. All in all a good place to hang out for a day or two.

Some sites have weird power pedestal placement. Otherwise I'd rate this place much higher. Very new and very clean. Very peaceful. Near the 97c connector but it's not at all noisy. If they'd got the service locations better it'd be a 9.

We stayed in OK South. Tight for an opposing slide coach. This is way tighter than a normal prov park site. Given the long weekend it was naturally stuffed full. No surprise here but we felt hemmed in. So we left and found a quiet place to have some peace.

The serviced sites are mostly flat and easy to get in an out of. This is a year of mosquitos and that is the only real downside here. Worth the trip with the family as there is great swimming, hiking and the Dam tour is worth doing, and free!

If my biggest complaint is that the geese were too loud and the WiFi wouldn't talk to my iPad then you know this is a good place to stay in the greater Seattle area. It is north of downtown but extremely quiet (geese excepted). Nice playground for the kids, concrete sites are level. Although I noted several asphalt ones are most definitely not. They slope into the lake but are level side to side. For any large city to find a quiet, clean and safe park is rarity. NO railway tracks, road noise is nothing. We will definitely stay here again when we want to be in the Seattle city area. 20 min to the zoo and ~30 to the Space Needle in weekend traffic. also Grazie Italian restaurant just up the road is phenomenal and quite reasonably priced.

Beautiful sites, lots of space. Standard PP layout. Which we love. Had a great weekend. Trees will grow back, but not anytime soon.

This place would get a 10 if they weren't so close to the busy rail tracks. Nothing they can do either, those are one of 2 sets of main tracks to Vancouver. Not going to get quiet any time soon. Sites are nice and spacious, the whole place is spotless. IF you sleep deeply, it's a great place. I slept fine, the DW didn't, due to the train whistles.

Nice place for powered sites near Porpoise Bay Provincial Park. Sites are gravel and mostly level. Excellent privacy and space. Staff was extremely accommodating - they weren't officially open yet gave us a gate key and let us stay.

Nice out of the way park. Sites are tight but not out of line with most City type parks. Place was super clean and the office staff was extremely helpful. This used to be an Adult type resort so not much for kids, but kids are welcome and the sand beach is awesome.

Great private park. Staff were super friendly and sites extremely clean. We only stayed 3 nights and it snowed in June, but when we come back we'll stay here. Close to zip into the park for Basin area but even better you're close to town for great pizza and BBQ.

Site was busy on a hot summer weekend. Lots of people noise. Quieted down right at quiet hour though. Clean nice. sites are dirt so can get muddy if it is raining. Lake is great for swimming and park is very kid friendly. Lots of seasonals.

We stayed at a standard site. Tight but clean and nice. Next time we'll opt for the Premium - double wide and way more private. Probably quieter too. Big campground with lots of people. Pool is only open in "off season". I guess you're supposed to swim in the lake in the summer. A bit weird to have a pool but close it.
