Clean, well maintained RV park. Only 40 sites, typical amount of space between sites, paved patio pad, gravel roads and sites. Roads within park are wide and easy to navigate with big rig. Wifi and digital cable worked very well. Owners are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable of the Ajo area. Great place to stay while visiting Organ Pipe National Monument. We would definitely stay again.

The rate quoted is the weekly rate plus tax ($36/night plus tax). Very clean park, well maintained with above and beyond customer service. Our site (1440) was not level, took a while to get ourselves level, then had to request to have the tree trimmed in order to open slides. Again, the staff were very helpful. We noticed many of the sites are not level. Pool, showers, laundry all very clean. We thought the price was a little high for the area.

Picturesque, quiet and well maintained park. Lots of room between sites, filled with cacti. Large sites, clean restrooms and showers. Several hiking trails within the Park, and dog friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

We booked for one week and ended up staying for a month. The rate quoted is based on the monthly "dry-camping" rates. We really enjoyed this park, very friendly employees and fellow RVers. This is NOT a 55+ park, we are well under 55 and were welcomed, no problem. The ONLY age restriction is in regards to purchasing and owning a lot, then you must be 55+. We stayed in the dry-camping area for the entire month and loved it, actually, there is more site space in the dry-camping area than the full hook-up sites. Everything is very clean and well organized. We'd definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful, immaculate, pristine resort. Everything is very well taken care of. We stayed here for one month, the rate quoted is that of a private rental. You can rent directly from the office or through private rentals. We would rate it 10/10 however, we felt the resort was not that pet friendly. Very strict pet rules; with no place for Fido to play within the resort.

Very nice RV Park, the sites are large and level with very good space between other sites. There are 3 loops, one loop is newer. The newer loop has more modern shower and bathroom facilities. However, the older loops are more spacious for RVs. Beautiful views. The rate quoted is their special if you stay for 7 nights, you pay for 6. Park was very quiet during the week, but busy and more activity over the weekend. We would recommend this park!

The park is clean, new, has a nice clubhouse, and pool. However, the sites are very close together. This RV Park is more like a cement parking lot. With our slides out and the neighbors slides out there was just enough room for the picnic table. Good for an overnight stay.

A fabulous State Park, well maintained and clean. Very helpful Park Rangers. Many trails within area. We'd highly recommend this park. We stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend, although busy was very quiet. The sites are very large and level.

A very nice, quiet, and well-maintained park. We planned to stay one week, but stayed for two. If you stay for 7, you get the 8th night free. The resort host meets you at the entrance and escorts you to your site, paperwork done at site (cash or check only). Each site is separated with oleander bushes and trees, providing nice privacy. (For larger coaches you may want to ask for their wider sites.) They have an "unheated" pool. Bathrooms and laundry room are clean. The park is located on Route 66, but is a very quiet road, hardly used. We used this road and the BLM land across from the park to walk and exercise our dog, great place to play! The city of Needles does not offer a lot, but is a great central location to explore many other locations. Fill up in Arizona as fuel is significantly higher in California! We would definitely stay here again.

Access to the park is good, large open roads. The RV sites are in the woods, but the roads and sites are navigatable. Sites have lots of elbow room. They have 400 acres of meadows to explore, hike and bike. Beautiful location, Wi-Fi worked well, very clean wash house, friendly and helpful staff. Only negative here is the lack of sewer hook-ups at the sites. We'd definitely stay again.

All sites at this resort are privately owned, you must contact the individual owners to rent a site. Click on their website, then go to the rental section. All sites vary in width and length, so be sure to ask when booking. We stayed here in a 40' motor home and found ease of access in and through, the mature trees are well groomed. Many permanent park models and 5th wheels, 382 sites, 2 swimming pools, tennis, beach access, secured and gated entry. Our site was 30 amp, but 50 amp may be available at other sites. Resort does not offer internet. Very nice, clean and friendly resort, we'd definitely stay here again.

Very clean RV park: has friendly park hosts, level sites, mostly pavement park, clean laundry and washroom facilities, gated and fenced park, good location. Overall, we enjoyed this park and would return. Reasons for rating lower are: narrow tight sites, our 40' coach with 4 slides fit the site but our slides were over our neighbours picnic table, roadways are good, but tight on turns, WiFi worked with a slow connection. The rate of $26 is based on pay for 6 get the 7th night free.

This was our 3rd time staying at this Park, but the first time to rate. All 3 experiences were exceptional, and we'd definitely return. Very clean park and facilities, professional staff, wide streets and level gravel sites to accommodate our 40' motor home, close to all amenities of Cochrane (but still in a quiet location), great off-leash park just outside the boundaries of the RV Park, and a security gate.

Nightly rate is the "pay for 6, get the 7th night free" rate (regular rate is $41/night). Our stay was during the off season, so very quiet. On average, we were one of about 6 RVers in the park. Lots of grass, sites are mostly grass with some gravel, owners have horses, donkeys and emus near park. We stayed in a pull-through site which was fairly level, easy in and out with our 40' rig. We loved our stay here, peaceful with beautiful mountain views. During the busy season, it may be a little tight in the park, but the roads are wide with easy turns. Be sure to hang onto your receipt, as their computer booking system doesn't seem to be overly reliable. We'd definitely stay here again, very good experience.

This campground has a lot of little extras that most do not have, which was nice. The only reason we are not rating higher is due to the "tight" roadways and spaces. It is big rig friendly and you will be able to maneuver through, but be patient because there will be backing up involved, even if you pay extra for the pull-thru sites. The paved pads on the pull-thrus are just big enough for your rig, no extra space at all. This is a very family friendly park, if you are looking for a quiet park this may not be the park; but on the other hand, if you have children, this is the place to be! The internet worked very well, the store is well stocked, the place is very clean, the staff were helpful and polite. The Zion area is spectacular, well worth the visit!

Nice RV Park off Hwy 395. The newer section of the park has trees that are less developed, so if you're in a bigger rig, request the newer section for ease of in and out. We really enjoyed this park, the only downside is the gravel. The entire place is gravel, so when the wind blows it's very dusty. Because of the valley location, it's common for wind. Every morning, they serve free coffee and homemade muffins, the bathrooms were clean, laundry was clean and the store was immaculate and well stocked. The internet worked alright, not consistent, but for the most part it worked. The pool was not open when we were here. The Lone Pine area is beautiful, be sure to explore the Alabama Hills, Film History Museum, abandoned mine sites, Manzanar, Bishop and Death Valley.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at Cocopah and we'd definitely return. We have a dog, so we stayed in the designated pet section, which was wonderful. They also offer a 2.5 acre grassed dog park for your pooch to play and run. There are also many areas just outside the resort to run/walk your dog. Another review mentioned the golf balls being a problem and although we didn't witness this, we would agree there could be problems. However, don't let this deter you from staying. When you make your reservation, just request a site as far away from the greens as possible. There are many other sites that are not close to the course. There are several organized activities (their calendar was packed!), they even have a woodworking shop! The pool is also great. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Upon checking in, the staff told us their internet works best when you are in one of the many "hot spots". We still had troubles connecting, but asked the front desk staff for help, and they quickly got us connected. The rate quoted in this review is their monthly rate of $560, we also paid electric on top of this rate which was $85 (one month for a 40' motor coach). One caution, we'd advise you arrive during daylight hours as the road in becomes gravel and has many turns: just watch for the signs.

We stayed here using Passport America. Overall the park is great, however, still under construction. Gravel throughout, no concrete pads. Expect a lot of construction throughout New Orleans on your way into the park (plan ahead!). Excellent features in this park - shuttle to the French Quarter 3x per day, fenced dog park, restaurant and bar on site. The area surrounding the park is a warehouse/industrial area. We'd stay here again.

We stayed here for 8 nights, has everything you need - level site, concrete pad, big rig friendly, full hook-ups. This park does not have a pool, hot tub, club house, games. It is very well maintained and clean; the individual that runs the park is very friendly and helpful. Adjacent to the park is a church with a large grassy field. You are allowed to walk/run your dog out there which was a huge bonus for us. Only a short walk to the beautiful beach, very close by is a post office, banks, grocery stores, shopping, fuel. Very convenient location and for the price a very good park! We'd definitely stay here again.

We spent just over one month at this RV Resort, and it is everything the previous reviews have mentioned. Level, double-wide paved sites with grass and palm trees on either side, clean laundry facilities, nice pool and clubhouse - the entire place is clean clean clean. The only problem, their wi-fi is not good, very unreliable. They do attempt to help by providing external antennas to plug into your computer, but that barely helps. To fix it, they need to upgrade the system. The staff are all work campers and they are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Added bonus, you can wash your RV and vehicles on your site. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 12 days in a 40' coach, towing a Jeep. We easily pulled through the park and into our site with Jeep attached. As mentioned in other posts, the sites are a little narrow for a "resort" but the park is very well laid out. It is close to I-95 and noise is evident, but was not a bother for us. We toured through the other RV Parks in the area, and this is by far the best park if you are looking for more of a resort environment with big rig accessibility. Although we didn't use the restrooms and showers, we did walk through: they are very nice, however could have been a little cleaner. This park just opened in April 2009: it is very well built with quality buildings and sites. The strip mall that is being built is owned by the park owner and the intentions are to put in businesses that will be a convenience for park guests. We would recommend this place and will stay again.

We've been full-timing in our coach for 7 months and this is one of the nicest resorts we have been to. All sites are very spacious, the grounds are very well kept, a lot of planning went into the development of this park. We were initially here for one week, but ended up staying for 17 days. We stayed in 3 different sites, all lake front and one of the sites had a private hot tub. The hot tub was great, we thoroughly enjoyed it! There is a 1 mile paved trail around the lake, great for the dog! The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a park in the Myrtle Beach area, but want to be away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place (about 20 minutes from the beach). There are some snowbirds here, but mostly travelers (even the long term guests have their sites well taken care of). We'll definitely stay here again!

We stayed here during the fall season, they were just about closing the campground, so it was very quiet. We had an oceanfront site, gorgeous! It appears that if it were during the busy season, the sites would be very close together. The office staff were friendly, the internet worked well, the laundry room was clean and St. Andrews is a beautiful location! We had only planned to stay 2 nights, but stayed a week! You can watch the tide come in and go out twice a day from your RV. Their website indicates the park is run by the Kiwanis Club, but in fact, the Kiwanis Club has contracted out the management of the park to a very friendly couple. We'd stay here again.

This RV Resort is wonderful. We stayed here in the fall, during their quiet season, they were almost closing. So the park was very quiet. If you stay here, expect a very clean park, well spaced sites, accommodates big rigs and is pet friendly. Although we didn't use the bathrooms, they appeared very clean, as was the laundry room. On the Saturday night here, they had live music playing in the park which was wonderful! The park staff and owners were all very friendly and helpful. Only caution, do not drive here in the dark, the signs are small and hard to read and the small country roads make it difficult to navigate in a big rig in the dark. In the daylight, it's very easy to find the park. We'd definitely stay here again!

Camping in a big rig, it's rare to find an RV Park with trees that we can confidently pull into. This park is well maintained, trees are taken care of in order to accommodate big rigs. The owners go above and beyond, very helpful and friendly. Internet worked well. We'd definitely stay here again and will recommend to all friends and family!
