Excellent RV park. Great service. Some of the cleanest bathrooms and showers we experienced. Owners are careful to enforce rules so quiet hours are observed. Sites are a nice size. While not on the water, the resort is right across from the beach with beach access just a little way down. They are adding sites and an adult pool which are to be open this summer. It is about 15 miles from Galveston which was no problem. We made reservations for next April.

We stayed here two nights and will not come again. The sites are beautiful, but there was no oversight of clientele. The bathrooms had un-flushed, used toilet paper all over the floors. The roadways had food smashed all over them. Even though there were quiet hours there was no enforcement. Some of the equipment in the exercise room was in disrepair. Definitely not worth the price. Not up to KOA standards.

People here were friendly and wonderful. However, the sites we had was very small with 30 amps. Park had larger sites with 50 amps that cost more. Some site had 200 amp if you pay for this service. We had trouble getting into our site because of close corners. Electric is expensive and needs updating. We stayed a month and a half. Will not be returning because of the site size and electric.
