Well maintained park. Fairly large sites. The owners make every effort to provide space between sites. All services including laundry worked well. Good location with view of Mesa Verde. Quiet!

The park itself is fine. The noise is bad. Silverado Trail traffic is constant until about 10:00 pm and the morning commuters start before 5:00 am. Loud cars, semi-trucks, delivery vans, it has it all. We were planning on a two night stay but left after one night even though they would not refund the second night.
