We had reservations and arrived late. Owners forgot or neglected to put confirmation with site number outside. Grounds not well maintained and grass not green. Appeared to have some permanents throughout the park. OK for an overnight stop, but would not have stayed here longer.
Friendly, hard-working owners who purchased this RV park July 1, 2010. They are improving and upgrading the facilities and sites. Very green and grassy, well-maintained shrubs and trees. Pet-friendly. Gorgeous views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains and surrounding valleys. Close to a quaint and restored town, and a great Ace Hardware Store. Park has many repeat campers who return yearly, which is a good sign. If you're nearby, don't miss this one since Grape Creek is more appealing than other RV parks nearby.
