This is one of the nicest RV parks you can find. It is clean and reasonably priced. The only thing I fault them on is their laundry room (no chair, no trash can, and almost always at least one machine needing repair). This was our second stay this year for 4 nights.
We stayed for one month due to family living in the area. If you are visiting the Detroit area, this is one of the few parks within a reasonable distance from various attractions. Haas Lake would get a 10 from us if they took better care of their roads. They are very dusty when it is dry and very muddy when it rains. Other than the road getting to the park and within the park, it is one of the prettiest parks we have stayed at travelling west to east 2000 miles. We were there for one month. There are a lot of seasonal folks at this park and we did not find them particularly friendly. We have stayed at this park several times over the past 10 years, always for a month at a time.
This park is a "diamond in the rough". We passed it on our way east but stopped on our way back west. Nice clean, level sites. If we come along US 54 again, we will definitely include this park on our way east. We stayed one night.
We stayed here a month in a motorhome so our price is averaged based on the weekly rate. This is one of the most beautiful parks we've stayed at in over 35 years of RVing. Only problem we had was that Wi-Fi is awful! Very slow or unavailable on some sites. Also, Breckenridge is at 9200 feet, so if you can't take the altitude, you may not be happy (although you can rent oxygen tanks).
It is a lovely motorhome park, but very expensive for what is here. There is a hot tub which is not working but no pool. There is a large game room with the bathrooms and showers off to one side. Laundry is one washing machine and one dryer so we had to go to a laundromat. The grounds are spotless and everything was very clean. The personnel were very friendly. We would stay here again if in the area.
This is our third visit to Premier RV Resort and we will come again in the future. The park has some very large sites for the larger motor homes and fifth wheels, and they are easy to get in and out of. They are located just off I-5 in Coburg and are very near the Monaco and Marathon factories. In addition, Cummins, has a location the other side of the freeway. The park has a great pool, various games, a barbecue area, and other amenities. With coffee in the morning and a newspaper at my door, what more could be ask.
This was our third year to visit Jim and Mary's. We love the tranquility of the park. The owners are constantly working on flower gardens within the park. Roads are paved; sites are gravel with grass on each side. The park has been immaculate each time we have visited in our motor home. They are often full, so be sure to make a reservation. We hope to go back again in 2009.
We are here for 5 days, and it is one of the nicest camping facilities we have found on a 5 month trip. All sites have concrete pads, and pull-throughs are long and wide enough for the largest motorhome. While this park is adjacent to the amusement park, we have not found any noise objectionable. This is our first trip to the Kansas City area, and we were surprised at what a great city it is with lots to do.
