I stayed here for 6 months as I was working in the area. The restrooms and laundry room are spotless. The sites are a bit narrow but very long and not all of them are 50 amp. The office is open at irregular hours and the sites are not marked 30 or 50 amp so unless you get out and look at the post it is difficult to tell. Bring a long sewer hose as the sewer is at the very back of the site I was not bothered by Hwy noise even tho it is quite close to 101. They now have 2 WI-FI stations and it was excellent reception even tho I mostly used my aircard. The gal in the office is one of the nicest people to deal with. She is somewhat a "jack of all trades" so very willing to help out with any needs you may have. I hope to stay here again in the future.
This park is set up to share utility connections so people park in opposite directions. This wasn't a problem for me but it was different. They have great cable with many premium channels included. Adequate sites for slideouts and toad parking. It is basically a "sand lot". There is some green due to it is close to the golf course but not really able to see it from the MH. The biggest drawback was the WIFI, sure glad I didn't have to pay for it because it was essentially unusable. Verizon does NOT work there, but Sprint did. Close vicinity to Casino. I stayed there 4 days and would stay there again.
Stayed here for a visit with friends in their RV's. This park is mainly a Mobile Home and Park Model park, but they have 10 spaces allocated for RV's. Pull through spaces: each with their own trash can, but no picnic tables etc. It is a gravel parking located behind the pool, showers, spa's, and large laundry room. The staff guide you to your site and are very nice people in the office. Very helpful and eager to please even for us "transients." This is a 55+ park, but they weren't concerned about our ages for the temperary RV spaces, so assume they accept children also but not sure. The spaces are cramped, especially if you have slideouts and I could not put my awning out. A good temporary place but not a long destination park. I would come back.
I spent a week here and the sites were very large and level with all fresh gravel throughout the park. Nice picnic tables and each site has green grass growing beside it. A welcome site in this dry area. The owner is in the process of building another laundry and shower facility. This is a very clean and well kept park with ongoing improvements. The swimming pool was closed while I was there. Terribles Lakeside Casino is about a mile down the road. I enjoyed my stay here very much and will come back here again.
This is a new park and very clean. However they have made some mistakes. In the section I was in the pad is narrow and when you step out of your MH you step on the grass. The very wet grass I might add, from the sprinklers and the rain. The other half of the park they have added a cement extension to alleviate this, so hopefully will continue to do this to all sites. The other issue I had was hooking up the water. The faucets are very low to the ground and makes it impossible with your regulator to hook up the hose. I had a small 10ft hose that I had to put the regulator in between in order to hook up. The fellow in the office seemed fairly disinterested in some of my questions. I didn't interact with any other staff. I spent 2 nights here. I would stay here again but would definitely request a site where my steps didn't exit onto the grass.
I camped here for a week with some friends. We chose Parkside as opposed to waterfront as the waterfront sites are mainly cement and very close together. But a great view of the canal. My site was close to the clubhouse and even tho there was a club meeting there that weekend the noise was minimal. The managers are very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the septic tank backing up at one of the sites and their response was immediate. The owner happened to be there at the time and he also dug right in to help and deal with the cleanup. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return again. The WiFi was one of the best I have encountered. There were 5 of us online (at our campsite) at the same time and still had reasonable speed.
I stayed here for a week. The office staff was helpful and courteous. My site was clean and everything worked. I had a waterfront site but the view is cluttered by old pilings, steel and is quite a ways away but still a nice view. They have a good pet area but don't police the pet rules very well. All pets were not on a leash, with Security driving right by them. A few people did not clean up after their animals. But I have to say MOST did. I do not have any pets but do enjoy visiting with others' animals. The other issue was they instructed me when I arrived that I had to use jack pads for my jacks, and not everyone was using them. I don't understand how the rules only apply to some of the campers AND not everyone. A good place to spend the night but would not be a "destination" for me again.
We stayed here for 4 nights during the Rally in Redmond. I found it quiet and well maintained. I didn't use the showers or restrooms but looked in at them and they looked ok. They have a GREAT restaurant on site and very reasonably priced. It is right beside the highway but I didn't hear any noise. The ladies at the desk warned us about a train that was across the highway but it sure didn't bother me. I heard it occasionally but kind of enjoyed the train sounds. I plan on coming back again, especially for the restaurant.
I stayed here for a week so I had the weekly rate. I made reservations early so had one of the spots near the river. Nicely mowed lawns and good pet areas. Newly paved entire park. Restrooms and showers clean. In fact the only negative I found was they chose 9am to clean the showers, in my mind that was prime showering time. Quiet park. Close to Roseburg. I would stay here again.
I love this park. I stayed here when it first opened and have not been disappointed in it after several stays. It is clean, well maintained, well managed. Always fresh coffee in office, they wash your windshield for you, the water conn have regulators already in place. There are two sewer receptacles at each site, one towards the front AND the back so take your choice. Picnic tables at every site. Shuttle 24/7 to take you to the Casino or Restaurant. Great Place.
I stayed here 2 nights. I found the sites to be very skinny and you had to hug one side so that your electric steps could open. You could not open your awning if you wanted to. Wi-fi was expensive per day charge. The staff was organized and check in was speedy.
Nice quiet park. Office staff very helpful and accommodating. Restrooms were a little on the older side but maintenance was there frequently making sure they had supplies and were clean. I spent 3 night here and would stay here again.
This park is very orderly. The office staff was helpful. The restrooms were very clean and so were the showers. One of the spa's was out of order and not fixed during my 4 day stay but the other one was available. The shuttle was readily available.
My only comment was they advertised free wi-fi but I was not able to connect even though they placed me close to the tower. I even went in the laundry room as instructed and was still unable to get a signal. The gentleman in the office was not concerned about it at all. I stayed here because of the wi-fi I needed. The park was clean and orderly. I would stay here again if I don't need wi-fi.
