This campground is under new ownership. It looks like some work is being done to it. The pull-through site we had was long enough though not very wide. We needed our extra long sewer hose due to the location of the sewage on our site. Our neighbor needed an extra long tv cable to reach his hookup that was on another site. The wifi worked some of the time. Used the restrooms once, and while they are in need of a remodel, they were clean. There is a miniature golf course and the office has a store with some basic stuff. Not many kids here as there wasn't much for them to do. Our nightly rate was with our Good Sam discount. Would probably stay at the KOA a mile down the road next time.

We stayed here two nights on our way to KW. This is a basic campground, but for the price it's not too bad. It was clean and the seasonal sites seemed to be well-maintained. They do not offer cable TV because "they have to pay for it when the sites are vacant" (actual words from the manager). The location is good for getting around Daytona. They are adding additional sites next year. When we go down next year, we will stay at the campground we past on the way to this one. Town & Country RV Park is right next to the Daytona Flea & Farmers Market and you can walk there from the campground. Rates are little higher but they offer full-hookups.

This campground is in a great location! Close to OC and Assateague. Our trailer site was spacious and we did not feel crowded. The only problem we had was the horrible water. Apparently they had recently redone the water lines in the campground and there was particles in the water that made us run out and buy bottled water. When we got home and changed the water filter it was full of iron deposits. Some of the tent sites were in an un-shaded area which looked awfully hot to us. You can see the ponies on Assateague from the beach of this campground. Will be going back next year.

This park was well-maintained by the owners. Quite a few seasonals, but unlike some rundown units that we've seen, there was pride of ownership here. Nice pool, large ball field, small rec area and planned activities. Camelback Beach Area was about 15 minutes away. Huge outlet mall within 5 minute drive. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not a huge RV park, but adequate. Only drawback was a 50 mile drive (one way) to Bushkill Falls. Would stay here again if I didn't want to visit the falls.

This was our second Labor Day weekend stay and our last. The first time we had water/electric problems and this last time, we had them again. Mid-shower the water stops running on a Saturday morning. Throughout the weekend our a/c breaker would trip (the voltage was low). When brought to management's attention they were very ho-hum about it - "must be a leak somewhere." I know it was a holiday weekend but at $39/night there should not be any problems. Had to use their mildew-ridden shower - could smell it before I went in - disgusting. Filled out their Camper's Comments card and never heard a word. Same with KOA headquarters - just an automated reply. Pull-through sites are tight - not worth the money. Some of the permanent sites were trashy looking.
