This is a very nice RV park. Our rate reflects the Passport America rate (1/2 off) which they will give you for up to 7 days. Route 66 and the town is within walking distance. You get full access to the hotel amenities. All sites and roads are paved. The WiFi is very strong and fast. The bath house and laundry room are top notch. We would definitely stay here again. The Grand Canyon is an hours drive north on a very good road.

This is a great campground with wonderful hosts. We have a 40 ft motorhome and tow a car and we had no problems accessing this campground. The trees were all trimmed back nicely from the road. There is a one way traffic loop through the campground. This puts some of the sites on the wrong side of your RV door. The campground host escorted us in the wrong way so we would be setup correctly in the campsite. Drinking water is available, but you are not allowed to fill up your RV. There is a free dump station inside Grand Canyon NP. We would definitely stay here again.

This campground is nice enough for a short stay on the OBX. It's dry camping with no amenities. There is a bathhouse with cold showers. There is no shade anywhere in the campground. The roads are paved and the sites are paved and level. The sites are long enough to park a 40ft motorhome but very few are long enough to park a 40ft motorhome and your car. We had a lot of rain during our stay but the campground drained fairly well. There were lots of mosquitoes. The campground staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Big rig friendly, open and very spacious grass sites. Our rate was $35 for FHU, plus $1.50 tax, and $5.00 reservation fee. We did not make a reservation and we only stayed one night so I don't know if that applies each night or just the first night. Once you pay they give you a map and you drive in and pick your site. Very convenient, just off state highway 13. Very nice staff. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the ocean side campground. It was nice and open. No shade. Short walk to the beach. We paid $20 per night but you also have to pay a park entrance fee. We paid $15 which was good for 7 days. Very big rig friendly with one minor exception. To register you have to pull into a parking lot which was not designed for big rigs towing a car. It's doable but a little tight. It was very easy to find wild horses and deer to photograph.

Great location to visit Peggy's Cove. Water view from some sites. Very nice campground. Clean, well maintained, very nice owners. Washing cars and rigs allowed. Very big rig friendly. Good spacing between sites. There are a few 50 amp sites available. We had one.

This is a good location for visiting the north end of Gros Morne National Park. Sites are right on the water of Shallow Bay. WI-FI access is a little weak in sites 6,7,8,9 but you can sit on the front porch and pick it up just fine. Sites are somewhat level. You will probably need some boards in the front if your RV is very long. We would stay here again.

Nice rustic campground. Easy to spot deer. Easy access off beltway. Pretty good big rig access in the D loop. We have a 40 motorhome and I don't like tree limbs touching it. The dump station is located in the C loop and the trees were not trimmed very well in that loop. We only stayed two nights so we did not use the dump station.

I like how this campground does business. No reservations. You drive through and pick your site and setup. Then you go back, register, and pay. Stay as long as you want and no one can bump you off your site. If you end up staying six nights you get the seventh night free. You do NOT have to pay for all six nights in advance to get the seventh night free. They only accept cash or checks. Nice view of the ocean from the top of the road.

Very nice campground and helpful staff. Easy big rig access. Our rate included a 15% Escapees Club discount. This campground offers a unique storage service. We are headed to Canada and needed to store a few items until we get back. Just fill out their storage form and they will store your items until you return at no charge. This service was very helpful to us.
