This is a decent park but the sites are a little too close together for RVs with slides. The park is clean and well cared for, but stay away from the row along the freeway--noisy. The Wi-Fi works well and their cable TV also works well. The staff is helpful and bent over backward to make our stay enjoyable.

This park needs a face-lift. The right turn into the park is more than 90 degrees so be prepared in a big rig. The gate when leaving the park is also tight for a big rig--you can get through, but it is snug when towing. The sites are close together and not all have sewer. Low hanging trees, electrical wires running across the streets--this park has just seen better days. It does have a wonderful location though.

This was a good one to two night campground. It was a decent clean park with quite a few permanent people living here (working in the area). There was noise from the highway if your site was close to the road, but the sites away from the road were quiet. There was a large open grass area to walk a dog. Wi-Fi was slow, but they said they had just laid all new cable and were putting in a brand new system. It should be in any day. Staff was helpful and price was great. I would camp here again.

This park is undergoing some renovations. They are putting some pull-through campsites behind their existing campground. The Wi-Fi worked once in a while. My husband thought that the interior roads were a bit narrow for a big rig, but the sites were easy to get into. People did not clean up after their dogs and there is a lot of road noise so I suggest getting a site away from the road if this bothers you.

This is a wonderful park with the location and the beauty of the park. It is very well taken care of. Yes, the sites are close together, but you can understand why due to the proximity to the beach. They have the best dog park. It is a huge fenced in grass area on the bay in San Diego. A large dog can actually play fetch. They also have a large playground for children, a skate park, a gym, pool, hot tub, beach, large grass areas for picnics, horseshoes, and it is close to Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and La Jolla. Expensive, yes, and my price reflects a monthly rate, but worth it. Kids will love this park!! Wi-Fi is slow, but it does work most of the time.

Oh my, this place was awful. What a run down campground. It is full of people living here in not so nice trailers with broken windows, pit bulls in the yards, and trash around their place. I was afraid to walk my dog. The burrs picked up in his coat were awful. I could not wait to get out of here. We should have kept going or slept in a truck stop. Never again will I stay here. It was also hard to get a 40 foot RV into this campground.

Could hear trains coming and going most of the night, but I suspect most of the RV parks in Benson hear trains. The staff was very helpful and kind. We had a pull-through site which was really long. They are pet friendly, and their wi-fi was a bit slow, but adequate.

This is a nice clean campground with friendly people running it. They have nice pull through spaces that are fairly level. My husband said their work out gym was wonderful. They are also pet friendly. My only complaint is that they use Tengo Internet (free for the campers) which only allows one person to be online at a time.

What a nice pretty RV park! They have very long pull through sites and the streets are easy to navigate through. We were in the back of the park and it was very quiet. The park is very pet friendly and there is plenty of grass to walk the dog. They do have adequate Wi-Fi. This park is right in the middle of the city, so it is close to all the action. The staff is nice and accommodating too.

This was an overnight stop for us. The pluses for this campground are that they are close to "Cattleman's Steakhouse", and the full hookups that work for $25. But, I think $25 is too much for this park. The bathhouses are closed, the grounds have trash all over, sites are narrow, and Wi-Fi does not work at campsites. There are only 5 campsites with 50 amp power. The rest have 30 amp and all but one of those sites are taken up with permanent residents that don't need 50 amp. I am being generous with a 2 rating. Walking a long haired dog in this park is a challenge because of the burrs. This park has seen better days.

I found this campground depressing. The sites were very close together and gravel, but at least our site was level. There were a number of run down looking RV's in the campground. The campground hosts were not at all helpful. The park DOES have wireless internet, but my husband had to call management to find out about it. I think if I go to Memphis again, I will seek out another campground. Power, water ,and sewer worked fine. Dogs were welcome.

I stayed at this campground for a month and it is just a blacktop parking lot with hook-ups and several small trees. The staff is very friendly. They do have a fenced dog run, but it is small and just dirt. The Wi-Fi does not work very well. This campground is surrounded by some not so nice mobile homes that should have been torn down years ago.

This is a tight fit for some of the big rigs. We are 40 feet and got lucky that we had an easy spot to get into, but saw a poor man with a 35 foot motorhome struggle to get into a spot. This is basically a parking lot that has been retro fitted into a campground. Unless you really need power, I would go into the other campground and just run your generator. The wi-fi does not reach into the campsites. The sewer is also oddly configured.

The campsites are close together, but it is in a very convenient area to South Padre Island. The wi-fi internet worked wonderfully (quite fast, and I never got bumped), and I can't say that about too many parks. The electrical power and water worked perfectly, too. The "Winter Texans" were very nice and friendly in this park. The park was a bit shabby looking, so I would not want to spend months here, but at $24 a night for 3 nights, this was a bargain. This is a very dog friendly park which is nice. It had some grass, and I was welcome to walk wherever I wanted with my dog as long as I cleaned up after him. I would stay here again.
