Price reflects KOA membership. The site #1 was not level. Sites are rough gravel. The staff is great but this place is way way overpriced. The laundry is $2 each for wash/dry. The road in is also rough. I would not stay here again.
Sites are almost level. The Intengointernet is bad and you have to pay for it $4.95/day or $12.95/wk. The staff is great and the other parks adjacent are higher priced. This is our go to place when in Duke City.
The sites are gravel and look fairly level, however we got #5 and it had a major right front decline, but, we were able to almost get level with our system. The park is clean and the owners work very hard to keep it that way. No freeway sound, only a distance train. Lots of shade trees. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return if in the area.
This park is well kept even though aged, but so are we. The sites are adequate for our 34' with a tow. The showers are clean, but old. The freeway noise almost becomes white noise as it surrounds you. There is an occasional train, but it really did not disturbe my sleep and I am a very light sleeper. The laundry is well priced @$1 each. The sites are cement and a little off, but plenty of space for our tow. We feel safe which is important. We will stay here again if in the area.
This is a mobile home park with RV sites at the far back with no trees, no tables. It is more like a gravel parking lot. It appears they let us take up two sites to accommodate our tow car. The RV sites do not have cable but they do have TengoInternet WiFi. The entrance is tight, 90* angle then another immediate 90* in the other direction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if KOA was booked.
This park has a backyard feel about it [which is meant as a good thing]. There was only a couple other coaches here when we stayed so it was very quiet except for the morning traffic on I44. The pull through was long enough for our 34' coach and car with space left over. The Wi-Fi is great. The gravel pads are pretty level. The only thing we missed - cable. We stayed here 2 nights and would stay here again if in the area.
The park sets on an up slope and can be tight to get to and out of sites. There is permanent modular homes set above park. Gravel sites have no shade and only a few have tables. The sites are not level. OK for a 1 night stand.
Only 5 sites have cable and they are back-ins. Sites are gravel and not totally level. There are no showers or bath rooms. You are able to use the hotel swimming pool. We had to park our tow in the hotel lot. They gave tickets for 2 free Margarita's at the Casino. Very friendly front desk staff.
