Excellent park, not far from Route 40. Sites good for units with slides, utilities good. Walking path is a pleasure for exercising your pet, approx 1 mile in the woods, Highly recommend this park.

Sites a little tight, park not built for slides. Shady, clean and lots of pet walking space. Breakfast excellent. Would stay again.

Sites very tight, Wi-Fi didn't work well, talked to staff, they are working on Wi-Fi. Pretty park, not quite as complete as described on brochure, access to trail not from park. Time to downtown area a bit longer than advertised.

Lot of permanent RVs, some quite old and not well cared for. Lot of equipment sitting around; night manager office a mess. Use this only if you need a site near Roanoke. Keep your stay short as possible.

If you have a big rig, chose the premium sites. The office staff, while friendly, does not know their park well. Tried to park a 34 foot fifth wheel in a pull through with a tree on one side blocking access and a sewer inlet on the other making pulling in impossible. Park clean and maintained.
