Nice park with spacious sites. As with other COE campgrounds it was well maintained with friendly staff. While there are many sites "on the water" very few have a good view of the river. The campground has a lot of open green space which our dogs enjoyed even though they were on leashes.
This is a beautiful park in a remote location. The tame deer are a nice touch. We made a last minute reservation so our site choices were limited. We stayed in site 7 which was in a swampy area. You should avoid the first loop. The second loop is much nicer with some nice waterfront sights. There is no AT&T cell service in the park. The staff was extremely nice.
This is a nice park in a great location. Cable and Wi-Fi were excellent. The beach is beautiful and private. This was our first trip here and we were in loop 102. The sites were very close together with very little room outside. We made another reservation in loop 103 which are much nicer and spacious.
