Bottom line is this place is a DUMP. The owners refuse to repair anything or put money into this place to make it better. I only came here for the May and October days extended weekends, where you leave your RV setup and come up on the weekends. The power to your RV is below 100 volts at times so forget about running anything much more than a light bulb. I watched several tree limbs fall on a couple of trailers and one limb almost hit a couple of younger children. There are loud party's at night but seem to simmer down around midnight. I have been camping here for many years and the owners have just let the place go. Their normal on season rate is very much over priced. They advertise free cable TV, but they don't tell you that you may need 500 feet of cable to use it in some areas of the park. With some serous effort and lots of money this place could be pretty nice but I doubt it will happen. I doubt I will return and many of the family's I camp with here feel the same way. The only good thing I will say about the place is the location, it's close to I84 but sometimes a little to close when the trucks are going by with there Jake brakes on.

This place is huge and you can get lost real quick but after a day or so it all makes sense. There is always something going on, people coming in all this time, golf carts all over the place but everyone seemed to obey the rules so we had no problems walking around. Some of these golf cart owners take these things pretty seriously the way they have them decked out. Most people keep to them selfs but were friendly and to not many are out at night sitting. I am not too sure on campfires as there were no rings or pits but I have my own so I thing I was the only one who had a camp fire at night. You can't have fires on the beach. The pool was nice but I could see if this stay was more on season it would be crowded. The beach was very clean but was pretty narrow. The paved roads were in great shape. The sites seamed to have plenty of room, more so than the 2 neighboring campgrounds. The staff was pleasant and made great suggestions on what to see and do. I would definitely recommend this campground as a nice place to stay and I will return if I am back in that area.

Nice park close to the highway but far enough away that you don't hear the traffic noise. Make sure to check the Hot Deals on the web site. I got a premium pull through 30/50 amp with cable TV and free WiFi for $99.00 for 4 nights. The park is a little hilly with many sites way off level but the pull-thru ones up front are level. Pool was nice and rest rooms were clean and modern. Doesn't look like much to do here for the kids but this parks main attraction is the Williamsburg and surrounding areas. I would stay here again if in this area especially if they have the Internet Hot Deals.

Nice quiet place by the river. Not a lot to do here but relax. We mainly go here on the 4th of July holiday weekend and have always had a great time. Swimming and tubing down the river was fun. We like the river sites, but they don't have sewer hookups, not a real problem for 3 or 4 days stay. The owner is a great person and will help you in any way he can. He does a Sunday worship service that is great.
