Rate reflects a $325 monthly rate, electric is separate. The park owner is awesome! She makes you feel at home. Park is clean. Laundry room was clean. Wi-Fi did cut in & out sometimes. RV park is located close to Bastrop, shopping, and is 23 miles south of Austin. Our site was spacious and level. There are a couple of sites that are cement. No playground, so not much for kids to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Rate reflects weekly. Campground is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice stream behind campground. Roads are paved. Our site was a little close to the next site and hardly any parking. Pleasant and quite until roller coaster next door within 100 feet from our camper started up (reason for leaving early). Close to shopping and restaurants. Tangler Outlet Mall within a mile. Would camp here again when roller coaster is down for the season. We camped here in a fifth wheel.

Easy access on and off of I-10. Campground is right off I-10 but traffic noise was not a problem. The owners are very nice and will go out of their way to help you. Nice size fish in pond which we caught and released. Campground is within a few miles from Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Would camp here again.
