Not good, not bad. Place could use a lot of work. Not the friendliest staff. Bit disappointed in the entire trip save for the wildlife park you can drive through.

Very nice park situated in a great location, very near great shopping and the beautiful national seashore. We plan on coming back next year.

Someone mentioned earlier that many sites were occupied by what appeared to be "homesteaders" and that appeared to be the case for us, too. I spoke with management and found out that in the coming months stays will be limited in length. No more year round occupants save for the active duty military members stationed nearby. Very nice park but looks worn. Management told us that updating/changes were coming soon as soon as the long term campers were removed, thus allowing improvements to sites and facitilities
