I full timed here for almost two years. There are lots of full timers in this park due to Cannon AFB, the railroad, and construction workers. The owners opened up more spaces for short term stays. It is easy to maneuver around the park in RVs of any size. The spots are dirt/crushed rock but level. Very good cable and incredibly fast wireless internet. It didn't bother me, but be aware that a major railyard sits right behind the park and you can hear trains frequently, not to mention some air traffic from the AFB may fly over at night as well. I've since left but I would stay there again if I were going through Clovis.
Decent campground with plenty of shade and concrete pads. Not much is close by as far as stores or food; it sits north of Lubbock by the airport. There seems to be a good amount of full timers or long term campers at this park and it was pretty close to full. Only issue I had was the roads are kind of narrow. When I got up on the morning of my departure, the road was effectively blocked by one guy in a fifth wheel who didn't un-hitch and a full timer who parked a car on the other side of the road. Since they left a space of about 10 feet, I had to back up and do some maneuvering to get out of there. If I was in a bigger vehicle I would have been stuck until one of those people moved. The owners are very friendly. I am undecided if I would stay there again, mainly do to the maneuvering in tight spaces.
This was a nice place, not far off I-20. They have concrete pads with grass in between. The rows are easy to maneuver through with plenty of room. Friendly people in the office. Very convenient to all the casinos. Not much shade in the park and it is fairly wide open. Only other negative I experienced is I can't get a receipt before checkout. I am leaving before the office opens in the morning and they can't give me one. They say they will email it to me. Overall though it is a good park and I would definitely stay here again.
