Clean campground with some nice staff (young man not very friendly or responsive), internet was good (could be faster), price was with Passport America. Showers were OK, better than most CG's (water pressure needs to be more and very little pressure at site), laundry machines OK (dryer only goes for 45 minutes). Overall nice campground would stay here again!
City ran park is quite nice and lots of trees, friendly staff and quiet. Internet is reliable and most of the park has good signal (could be faster than 1.3 download & IP reset every 20 minutes). ONLY some (about 6 I think) sites are 50 amp the rest are 30, 10 minute walk to town/beach with some good restaurants like Morrison's fireside (or Camp 18 on the 26 hwy). Washers/dryers are quite nice and reasonably priced (locals come here to wash & dry). Showers are normal with good pressure, would have gave it more than a 7 if internet was faster!
Nice looking sites when not flooded due to no drainage and a small narrow drive way. Owners are nice but they shut off the internet (at 10pm every night) and block what web sites you can go to (EBAY and others). The shower is extremely small and they say 50 amp service but it is not (took 4 times longer to heat things in the microwave than other campgrounds). They only get 19 fuzzy channels (cable), over all not worth the PA price of $18.00 per night! Stay some where else if possible.
Good Wi-Fi mostly and 60+ channels on cable TV. Rate is based on Passport America! This is a Crabbing Rental park so be prepared for the boats & people with Seagulls. Dirt/rock sites with mud if raining and medium sites! Not made for large rigs unless you are a really good driver! We camped here with a 31' RV with a 25' tow rig and managed getting in & out without much problems. The staff are friendly also! Would stay again in dryer weather!
Campground has several residents, checks for better looking RV's (No run down or old RV's allowed). Concrete pads and 50 amp service with RV sales & parts across from park. Has Slight freeway noise and OK showers! Laundry a little on expensive side but would stay again!
This is a great donation only park. The dirt roads have been fixed and lots of shade with fire pits. There is free fire wood. It is a dry camping with fresh water access only in the rear of the campground. It has bathrooms only in the front of campground, but no fresh water access.
