Very nice park but terribly overpriced at $56 per night after a "resort fee" is added on. This includes free pancakes but we never made it down in time for the free pancakes. They have an awesome bouncy pillow which was lots of fun for the kids and adults. Wifi wasn't working when we were there.
We like this park and come back often. I like the location for being close to shopping. The hosts are nice. The wifi is pretty good. The pool is nice but a bit on the cold side. The hot tub looks unappealing. There is not very much privacy from your neighbors.
A good park for the purpose of going to the Woodburn outlets as it is connected to the outlets. There is a Starbucks right there too which was nice being able to walk there in the morning. However, there are no picnic tables at the sites.
This is a great campground right on the ocean, BUT it is super windy (obviously). In September it was so windy and icy cold wind that we could not come outside, although it was sunny. It was like being outside on deck of a ferry boat. I think if you stayed in a site away from the water it wouldn't be so windy.
This is one of our favourite parks. The swimming pool is so warm it is awesome for little kids. The park is nice, and the roads are paved for bike riding, etc. Lots of nice trees, close to nice beaches and Seaside outlets.
We come back to this park all the time because of the nice grassy sites with nice fire pits. No one tells us when we have to put our fire out and go to bed. The back of the park has green grass with trees behind, but also nice paved streets for our kids to ride bikes, rollerblade etc. Kid friendly.
