This is a very clean park and very well maintained. The sites are a little narrow for our tip out because it is 42 inches wide, The utilities are close to the pad and this makes it hard to position our trailer so the steps exit on to the pad. If your steps exit off the pad and into the grass you might need a step stool because the grass between sites slopes down making it a long step. I would say this is one of the nicest parks we have camped at.
We love this park, it is very well kept. Every evening the wind blows, and the mornings and during the days are calm for the most part. There is lots of grass and most all sites are full sun, this is a very peaceful park. We will return as often as we can. The only problem is the amount of goose droppings in some areas.
When we got to our site I had to cleanup several piles of dog poo that was left all over the site. The sites are nice and big with some privacy. There were some noisy kids one night, but the other three nights were nice. The park staff was very friendly and helpful.
The staff was very helpful when we arrived. The sites are very small and close together. The park is very noisy at night and we saw no security, they do have a security booth as you enter the park but I think it is just for looks. The staff at Doryland Pizza were rude to us and several other people that came in and ordered pizza. The pizza was very good, this restaurant is part of the RV park. We will not come back to this park, if they took more pride in their park we would return because it is just across the street from the ocean.
I am a 34 year old female and this woman in charge of the RV park treated me the rudest and worst I have ever been treated! I tried to enter the park to take a look and get info. She stopped my husband and I along with our two young children both in strollers as we were just entering. She rudely told us to stop at the yellow line and not to pass it. This park is for registered guests only. My husband asked if she had any info on her park. She replied yes if we have openings. We asked repeatedly if we could get info to stay and she just repeated that the park was for registered guests and we could not pass the yellow line. We also asked if we could look at the park and she replied yes from behind the yellow line as if we were criminals. I guess this is a huge clue not to stay at this RV park unless you want to be treated like crap for asking for park info.
