Great large sites, very wide and level. Wonderful staff who were very helpful. We had a mechanical problem with our coach, and they were able to refer us to a wonderful RV Tech who did a fantastic job. Convenient to Jacksonville, yet fairly quiet area. Would most definitely stay here again.
This is now our favorite state campground. The sites are HUGE and some are quite secluded from others. Our only problem was finding a SAT signal for our Windguard Carryout, but we did manage to finally get one. There are lots of trees, so big rigs need to be careful driving thru the smaller roads in the park. And they do have cable TV at each site. You are quite close to Savannah and Tybe Island.
This is a delightful campground in a woodsy setting overlooking the marshes. This is the first "adult" campground that we have stayed in and it is quite delightful. Very quiet and peaceful. The park is very well maintained and the staff could not be friendlier. It is located close to town so you have all the needed conveniences nearby.
Really liked this little campground. Although the sites were a little tight for big rigs, they are still manageable. Passport park, so with tax it added up to $19 per night. Real convenient to Moab and The Arches. Office staff was very helpful. If we were in this area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Very well maintained park and you better have reservations because they are really full here most of the time.
Loved this park! Very big rig friendly. Very well maintained and thoughtfully planned out with a wonderful layout. Staff very friendly and helpful. Grass was in wonderful shape. Would definitely return. But make sure you have reservations, they fill up fast.
This is a very average park for the cost. The sites are really tight and not easy to maneuver around for big rigs. The unmarked speed bumps are ridiculous. And they had inadequate garbage disposal. And no, we won't be coming back.
By necessity we stayed here 1 night for repair work on our MH. The sites are really tight and I think the place is way overpriced for what you get. Lots of speed bumps; but the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind looking at your neighbor a couple feet away and still pay $40, then this is the place for you. We won't be back if we can help it.
We only spent 2 nights here. Very convenient to the interstate; minimal hwy noise. Staff very friendly and sites very easy to get into. Lovely little town, don't miss the Grant-Kohrs Ranch (national monument) and the little ice cream shop by the prison museum downtown with wonderful huckleberry ice cream. Would most definitely go back.
Wonderful owners who were very helpful and very cordial. Great camp store which is warm and cheery. Very spacious sites with well thought out landscaping. Some road noise due to the location; but very clean and well kept. Good location to sights in the area. Would most definitely camp here again.
Recently taken over by new owners, so hopefully they will make the needed road improvements. Lots of potholes on all main entrance roads. We stayed in one of the newer re-done areas in the back. That area had roads that were level and stone covered. But the overall campground was really worn down and depressing.
