This is our second stay. It's a clean, well maintained park right outside of Missoula. Friendly, professional staff and everything works. Wi-Fi was good, and Verizon worked well. Cable TV was a bit weak, not many channels. Dog friendly, and in general a nice park no matter how long you need to be in Missoula. We stayed a week and will come back.

We were at this park for 4 days. Park is spacious, has grass and trees, and very well kept. Staff is friendly and efficient. Dog friendly with the usual reasonable rules. Water pressure is great, nice hot showers, and decent Wi-Fi (not real strong but decent). Our verizon phones worked well. Cable TV is spectacular, lots of channels. Right in town, it's easy to go for walks to downtown Dillon. They are upgrading things constantly and paying attention to keeping the park nice. The fishing in this area is legendary and there is a stream running right through the campground. We were recommended to this park by other RV'ers. We'll be back, and we'll stay here.

We moved to this park from Highline only so we could get internet and Verizon service - the wifi was good and solid and phone reception was good. The park is nice enough, very friendly park host, bathrooms clean but no hot water in the shower (lukewarm). Dog friendly - there were a couple dogs running around but we didn't have problems with them. Overall a decent park, nothing fancy and nothing really wrong, we stayed a few days. There's a neighbor that does dog boarding and sells farm fresh eggs. We'd stay here again for a reasonable priced park w/ wifi outside of Jackson.

This is a very well maintained, EXTREMELY spacious park with lots of well tended lawn. They do not park rigs next to each other and even if they did, you'd have lots of room. Pull throughs are easy in/out, and it is dog friendly. There is NO wi-fi, and NO cable - but Verizon comes in well, and we used our Verizon air card with great success. There are contract workers here, but their sites well spaced out and very well kept. The person that checked us in was friendly and gave us a map of the area. This is not a resort, but it is great for the night or even for a longer term stay due to spaciousness. 'Town' is 11 miles away with all amenities. There are firepits at all sites. We gave it an 8 due to lack of wi-fi and cable; otherwise this park is everything it needs to be - and more if you're traveling and want space and quiet.

For a one night, on-the-road stay, this park is perfect. It's an older, somewhat nondescript park in good repair (still better than the vast, paved parking lots of many Arizona parks). Some highway noise but not annoying. The owners are VERY friendly and helpful - even dog treats for the dogs and mints for your pillows. There is a large off-leash dog run. VERY pet friendly, which is important to us. A small, well stocked store with the essentials. The Wi-Fi (Tango) worked very well. The cable TV (60 channels) is superb. There are apparently permanent residents but not eyesore level. We'd stay here again. Customer service goes a LOOONG way when you're dealing with travelers, and these folks understand that. Oh: high pressure water. Have a water regulator OR fill your fresh water tank and use the pump. That's what we did, as we didn't have a water regulator, which they do advise.

Clean, quiet, well kept park with amenities that include a pool, hot tub, great laundry room, clubhouse, etc. Staff is friendly and efficient. They pick up your trash from your curbside. VERY dog friendly (no vicious dogs or breeds) and an incredibly large off leash area up the small hill for dogs to run. Trails close by. Easy in/out, easy access to anything you need in town. There is a bar close by and one Saturday night (we were here 2 weeks) the band was VERY loud but over with by 10. We'd stay here again. There are many outdoor things to do around here, and even some hiking and biking right from the park. There are longer term residents, but they don't 'look' like it. Very well kept park.

Incredible scenery. The most beautiful RV park we have stayed at. However, we are continually amazed at the low level of all around care of both the park and campers (and the park is beginning to show it). This is our third stay. The customer service is as surly as ever. The laundry room is a complete rip off. There are only 2 washers and one was broken. The upside is that there is no attention to you whatsoever in terms of rules etc. However this time there was a shady looking older big rig with a constant hum 2 sites down with different people and vehicles coming and going over the week we were there. Very dog friendly; they don't even ask you if you have them. Another upside is the wonderful and very accessible walking/biking trail adjacent that goes up the river for many uncountable miles. We'd stay somewhere else while in the Roaring Fork Valley, but there are no other decent alternatives due to long term tenants and we come here to visit close family. The rating is for the scenery, river, and trail.

This is a spacious, immaculate, and ultimately friendly park. The host, Gary, is a wealth of local information for outdoor activities and very helpful with getting set up. The owners are very friendly and attentive. There is no list of rules; I like it when it's assumed you'll act like responsible adults! The sites are extremely easy to access, the sites are large, each site has a patch of well cared for lawn. WiFi worked well. VERY dog friendly; there is a dog walk but also a large field out back with trails where you can go for a longer dog walk. There are also many options for safe walking on quiet roads for those that like to get out and move around after a day on the road. There are no long term residents at this park and you can tell. We are going to come back here for a longer stay to explore the area.

This beautiful park is very well maintained...and busy. There are lots of rules, as the park is in town and has to comply with many issues. There are hiking trails within walking distance, many trees and a gorgeous creek running by the property. Dog friendly, our 3 dogs were welcome and there is a well maintained and large dog run area. Be sure you have an extension for your sewer hose. We needed 2 hoses to reach water: otherwise you'll be buying them in the office, as we did for the sewer. Wi-Fi is decent as not even our Verizon aircard came in very well at this location. They ask you stay in your rig from 10 pm to 8 am for noise, and this was not adhered to by all the campers around us in the morning. I didn't like that the sewer hose for our neighbor, was right by our picnic table. Not fun to eat next to. We'd stay here again when passing through.

This is our second winter staying at this park for a couple months. This year we were there from January through March. Very enjoyable - friendly folks, and the owner is great. Park is always clean and quiet. Walking distance to town, and lots of outdoor places to explore. Very reasonable rates by the month, the cable TV is very helpful, and the internet is fantastic, even for streaming movies. Our Verizon phones work very well here too. Big bonus is the park is highly dog friendly with a 4 dog limit. We like that. We'll be back.

This is a pleasant park in Tucson right off highway 10. There is road noise, but it's not unreasonable. It's a simple park and it's pretty standard for AZ RV parks in that rigs are parked pretty close together and the park is pretty plain. However, it's clean, there are handy lights at the sights, the cement pads and picnic tables are in great shape. Staff is really friendly and helpful. You Pay For The WI-Fi with Tango net. We used our Verizon air card and it worked great. We'd stay here again if we're passing through. Currently there is some construction going on in the park, but it didn't bother us nor did we notice it.

This is a pretty campground, mellow, and really friendly attentive owners on site. When folks say it's tight to get into, they aren't kidding. If you go really slow and pay a lot of attention you'll be fine - but unhook your toad before entering and don't hook it up in the morning until you're out. It is TIGHT. At least for our 40' rig. Trees hanging low and scraped the roof. Sites are short and you MUST unhook your tow to stay overnight to fit in a site. We stayed one night and left really early - one thing that was great was the PERFECT dog run - well kept, grassy, and large! Very pet friendly but note that they have breed restrictions due to insurance.

There are options for technically much nicer RV parks very close to this one. However, there's something about this place that really feels good. It's old, it's spacious, it has a lot of eccentric character. It even has a creepy pool. The owner is friendly and realistic, and asked us to keep the dogs on leash, because many folks pull up and let their dogs just run. And since there were only 2 other motorhomes in the entire, very large park - it would seem that would be the thing to do. But no. Very Pet Friendly. Only 30 amp and we didn't care. The park host is the highlight. In this large barren park, he is genuine, helpful, entertaining, and respectful all at once. Make sure you have some time to talk to him. Otherwise, there's no real logical reason to stay at this park. As for the rating, 4 stars goes to the lower than average condition of the park, and 5 to the service provided by the owner and host.

This is a pleasant park for overnight or a couple nights. The price is a little high for what you get. The pull-throughs double up which makes it tough to pull out in the morning if you're the one behind. The staff is accommodating - we arrived after the office was closed and it all worked out great. Great walking trail right across the street - paved, even - this is our favorite feature even though it's not related to the park. Pet Friendly if you go across the street to walk the dogs - but no dog areas in the actual park (this is where that walking trail comes in really handy). This park is usually pretty full and adjacent to a mobile home park. This was our third stay. The park provides consistent service and we'll keep coming back.

We loved this park; it is the nicest in the area by far. Spacious sites, efficient staff, trees, well tended grass, clean, and PET FRIENDLY. Filled with good looking big rigs. It was quiet and relaxing. We stayed 3 nights and will make this park our go-to in Missoula.

This was our second stay at this park. This time we stayed a month (hence the low rate). It's right on the river, great for fishing daily, PET FRIENDLY, nice spacious sites and friendly staff. There is some traffic from the road if you stay on the highway end, but being on the river is worth it. The owners are really friendly and staff is wonderful. Fire pits with wood delivery and a family friendly atmosphere. Satellite didn't come in due to trees, but again worth it. The cable worked fine and so did the Wi-Fi.

This park itself is beautiful. Nicely spaced sites, terrific, well groomed grounds, a stocked trout pond, and more like a resort overall. The owners are NOT NICE which kind of sours the feel here. There are lots of rules. And the only dog walk is really steep which makes it difficult for anyone not very fit to keep to the rules of where to walk dogs. Otherwise, dog friendly. We'll stay somewhere else next year: but only because of the surliness.

This park is in town, which is convenient for folks who need to shop, a tad noisy, but not bothersome. It's a large park, nicely run, tidy, VERY pet friendly and considerate. The sites are on the smaller side, the roads a bit tight, but it's all level and easy and efficient. We stayed 2 nights and were comfortable. There are trees and grassy sites. Great staff; very friendly; all the amenities you could possibly want. Busy for our taste but wonderful for a stopover. Ask for an end site if you don't like other rigs breathing down your neck.

This is a pleasant, pretty park with lots of trees, right on the river. There is only ONE 50 amp site and it was taken. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pull throughs are a tad tight w/ a 40' rig and a toad. Easy river access, very pet friendly (we have 3 dogs), and good fishing. The Wi-Fi went in and out and the Verizon service is spotty: ranging from good to non-existent. Lots of families and different types of rigs. We would have stayed another night but we needed solid internet. Otherwise, a wonderful park: quiet, friendly, and we'll come back to explore the area.

While many of the negative reviews of this park are exactly true (the staff can be unfriendly, restrooms not cleaned regularly, Wi-Fi is intermittent or non-existent) - it is the only real option in this area. All other parks are filled with itinerant laborers. The 50 amp didn't work and took 3 days to get someone on it. HOWEVER - it is a BEAUTIFUL and well kept park with many things for families to do. Hiking trails are very close, there is a 30+ mile paved bike path adjacent, it is on the river and there is a ramp area for play and raft launching. The views are unbeatable. We're here a month to be with family and the access to town is easy and quick. Sites are back in only but with a 40' class A we had no problems. Stay in the upper sites for best views and nicer site use (the lower sites are rock under the tables and not good to hang out on). This is our second stay here. VERY dog friendly. Relaxed, respectful atmosphere. Our Verizon air card works great. We stayed here 2 weeks last year, and will be back again.

We usually stay here at least 2 months at a time. This is a roomy, comfortable, friendly, reasonably priced park that is a joy to return to. Very pet friendly, everything clean, large spaces with a nod to some sort of privacy with random decorative fencing. It's a nice park that meets all of our needs. We'll keep coming back!

Not much to look (thus a rating of 8) at but extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi is the best we have ever encountered. We stayed for 2 months and were very happy. Easy walk into town, quiet park, very friendly and the owner is always on site and available to take care of any issues. The pipes froze and he stayed around and took care of everyone. Dogs are very welcome and this is a truly 'pet friendly' park. We will be back!!
