We stayed here for 8 days (had a 10 day reservation, but decided to leave early). Pros: close to shopping, shade, level pull through, and easy access from I-25. Cons: office staff not friendly, odd parking - our slide was literal less than 2 feet from neighbors slide. Rec room smelled like mold, back laundry room was old, dirty, and smelled bad. Didn't use bathroom - too afraid to go in to them. We stayed here because we needed to be close to town and may have to stay again - hopefully not. Wasn't the best experience, but not the worst we've ever had.
Enjoyed our section that was a long pull through, down from the other sites. Easy to get in and out of the campground and staff were very enjoyable. Some RVers looked to be long term, but were in a section to themselves. Would go again!
Three generations of family run the park and are very personable. Referred us to El Paso Mexican restaurant that was great! Park has a restaurant, grocery, gas, and RV parts store which was helpful. Purchased the RV park behind them and are underway to improve it. Great location and easy to reach. Does not have a dog run/park. The ducks are a nice distraction, very kid friendly, allows campfires in fire rings. Wood at nearby Kroger $4/bundle. For a resort park the slots are not tight, but not overly large either. We plan on visiting this park many more times. We stayed in section A, pull-through #40, 80' long, close to front of park.
