We stayed here for one night and it was very clean, with large pull through sites and easy to get in and out. The sites were gravel and when it rained we had some drainage issues. But otherwise, we would stay here again.
We stayed 5 days at this park. The sites are very easy to get into and overall the park was very clean. It takes a 10 minute walk to get to Bourbon Street and 20 minute to the Riverwalk area. The park has a lot of security and we felt very comfortable leaving our rig for the day while we sent sightseeing. We would return to this park again.
We stayed here for 10 days. Every time it rains you are faced with a flood and road in the park turns into a lake several feet deep. In fact most of the park close to the beach side turns into a mud pit. We had issues with the power, the breaker was bad. It took them almost a day to get it fixed. Luckily the site next to us was empty and we had an extension cord. The beach is not as it appears in their video. There are signs on each side of the beach property line stating that it is private beach and you cannot trespass. Hence the beach area is very congested. We will not be returning to this RV park. They need to fix all the standing water after a rainfall that stays for days.
