The grass really needs mowing, the water pressure was about 15 lbs (per my gauge), the sites were fairly level. The folks working at the check-in were friendly but had no ideal what spaces were open. We were given 4 spots which were already filled, so I just told them which spots were empty and was given that one. They told me they were just reopening so this could be part of the problem. Doubt if we would stay here again.
The park was small, but very good access from I-90. New owners bend over backward to insure a good stay and that every thing worked. Minor problem with sewer (old pipes), site 10 and 11 drains slow, but owners plan on putting in a new one this fall. At this time they have no restriction on Passport America discounts. We paid half price for a week at $17 a night. I will always use this park when in the area.
Friendly owners which are very laid back. This is not your normal run RV Park. But I will stay here when ever we are in the area. Park could be greatly improved by making the permanent residents clean up around their sites. The Park has great access to the surrounding area.
This is a clean park. Website stated $15 a night, but I was told by a camper it had been raised to $20. Sewage was way back of the site and couldn't be used without additional hoses. Was very quiet. Not easily accessible for big fifth wheels. Would stay again.
This park is good for an overnight stay. It is at I-35 so there is a lot of highway noise, plus there is a train track close by which adds to the noise. There is water at the entrance. There is also a sign which state the rate is $6. But since the box was full I went to the office the next day and was told it was $8. The owner just didn't want to change the sign.
