Spaces we were put in not level, too small for 36' motorhome, way too close to neighbors. Not suitable for big rigs, dirt roads very poor, lot of potholes. Without a doubt we'd never stay here again.

Wonderful, beautiful. We loved it. We had a lake front site with gorgeous views of Fox Lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful. Rate is Passport includes $3 for air conditioning.

Very nice! High quality everything. The tile shower is nicer than my shower at home. A pleasure to use. Close to I-20. We'd stay there again. Rate is Passport rate.

Wonderful park! walking, biking trails around Lake Osborne. Full of waterfowl and birds. Beautiful!

We stopped here for one night to use the Passport America discount. The parks regular rate is $36, however, if you use the PA they raise the rate to $46 per night. We paid $26 which is not 50% off. I feel tricked! Would not stay here again.

Very friendly owners, we were made to feel very welcome. We were delighted at the condition of the campground, paved road, cement pads, immaculate landscaping. Located directly on the Rogue River.

Not many frills but one block to the stunning beach. Very clean gravel sites, but can be hard to get into. No trees for shade. Managers are very friendly and helpful. If you want to be near the beach, this is the place.

The nicest park so far in our two month trip across the U.S. The grounds are immaculate, beautiful thick, green grass at each site. Lovely flowers. Very quiet at all times, even though the park was fairly full. Location was great in the Santa Ynez Valley. Valley Transit bus stop right there to tour the Valley. Look forward to staying at Flying Flags again.
