This park needs help! When we checked in it was utter mayhem in the store/office. Once we were assigned a site we were on the end of the row and consequently had to put up with the dust from the dirt road(s). The sites are extremely tight and not well defined. The sewer hookup is in close proximity of the table of the neighbor site. We have AT&T cell service - forget it. The Wi-Fi is a total disaster. It takes an awful long time to access the net. At night there is road noise. There is no TV reception or cable hookup, only satellite if your lucky. The store seems to be adequately supplied and propane is on site. The park also hosts a major brand service station. I am really reluctant to say I would stay here again, probably not.
We spent three nights at this park due to location to Bryce Canyon and Zion. The park is in dire need of a face lifting and road grading surfacing. The hookups are in need of attention and grooming. The wi-fi is weak but adequate. The Office staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site is quaint and small but the food is tasty. I doubt we would return to this park knowing now there are numerous to choose from in the general area.
A clean resort with level sites. There is some highway sounds at night but not excessive. Location is ideal for the US 75 corridor in north Texas. We will stay here again because of location and Staff.
