Unlike what the web site says, no cable and no wifi. We did pick up all the major networks on the antenna. Trees and bushes need trimming. Only a few sites for visitors like us. Almost all sites are seasonal. Good site to visit hocking hills, a 20 minute drive to them.

Cable tv was so bad is was unwatchable, wifi did not work. Roads and spots were dirt. No OTA tv stations were available. A lot of dog dodo was around the park, bad dog owners along with no employees picking up the mess. And finally sand burrs are everywhere, 2 actually came through my flip flops, if you have pets beware. I will not return to this park.

Very weak Wi-Fi, fluctuating water pressure, very low to too high. OK place for a day or two. The park is laid out with very close side by side spots, like 3 feet between coaches. Very nice owners. Long pull-through spots, which allow for 40 foot coach and keep the towed connected. Most spots are all gravel, a few spots at the front have some grass.

Wi-Fi was very weak all over the park. The cable is basic and the lower channels were fuzzy. Some spots are level and OK but others are very tight. It's the only place in this area so come and hope for the best. Roads are very tight for rigs longer that 40 ft. Views and history are well worth coming.

Agree with last review, stayed 17 days, non river pull through. Don't come if more than 40 ft. Very hard to park and not much room. Main complaint was sewer gas wafting near our site, it came and went so management never could stop it. Very annoying, made it hard to enjoy sitting outside.

Packed in like sardines, great cable, don't try coming here with any coach longer than 40 ft. Great place for a few days but I would feel pinched in if here any longer.

As stated on previous reviews this is a very nice place BUT a few important issues are 1, sometimes with traffic it might take 45 min. to actually get to Gulf shores 2, the management can be very petty with minor complaints.

A few long, good pull through sites. Most are working campers, but it was a very pleasant stay for one night. Passport America rate.

DON'T come here if you need Wi-Fi. Construction all over. Wi-Fi maybe later this year. None now, not even in the community center's mickey mouse system! Sites still ample and the location is good. NOTE: There's about a 20% price increase effective now. NO weekly rates. Was not a happy camper!

Great place to stay! Spacious sites, very good Wi-Fi, many activities at the clubhouse and pool. The best staff I have encountered in 10 years of RV'ing.

Way over priced; dusty, windy, unlevel and very poor dirt interior roads. $3.50/day for 50 amp power, $2.50/day for cable, and of course 9.7% Co. sales tax. It is on the side of a hill with hook ups in poor condition. Haven't seen other Estes Park RV parks but have read they are also poor. Of course the national park is worth seeing! Good luck. I won't return.

Previous review was spot on: its a good place to stay, and very close to the interstate. Would stay here again, you should also!

Noisy, dirt/gravel road and sites. Rate is PA rate (50%) Wi-Fi very strong and fast. Long pull thru's. Picked up 6 TV stations on the digital box. Wide open for Sat. reception. Good views. Would stay here again.

This park is only a couple miles off I-84. Nice long pull through sites in the back. Unable to get Direct TV satellite due to the trees. There was a charge for Wi-Fi $2.00 per day but it was strong and fast. There was some grass between sites.

Most sites here are pretty tight with just a couple of feet between slideouts and awnings. A one lane bridge at the park entrance. Has basic cable TV with about 15 stations (no cnn, fox news, espn or cnbc). Wi-Fi worked from our site most of the time, at times it was very weak and we were knocked offline occasionally. Located near a Wal-Mart Super Store, Camping World, Flying J, and a lot of shopping. There is a 20 pound pet limit.

Stayed a week and rate reflects that. Large pull through or pull in/back out sites with grass between sites. Has a nine-hole golf course, but we didn't use it. Great location. Owners are very accommodating and give a very good briefing with brochure they made up with several day trips in the area. They also recommended restaurants which were nice. Whatever you do eat fish and chips at the Bowpicker in Astoria. Fried albacore tuna. As of 9-9-09 the laundry room hasn't been built yet. This is a new park.

Wi-Fi worked most of the time. Main gripe was the fire pits are right next to the rig and or the tow vehicle parking spot, I'm talking only a few feet. Very poor park layout. The few pull thru spots are very tight, sewer hose under picnic table, no room to extend awning, you get the picture. Very scenic area right across the street from beach and pelican brewery.

Pros: beautiful with good security, wide spaces, cable works well, good location. Free paper every day at clubhouse. Had one nice park sponsored happy-hour while we were here. Also dog friendly. Cons: if you need reliable internet connection, this place is not for you. Stayed here 9 days and it knocked us off every 5 minutes. Management never returned numerous attempts to call them about the problem. Beach is close but you must be in shape to get there as you have to go down very steep steps. Bottom line: free papers are nice, but internet is more important.

Wi-Fi needs more capacity ( in the works ) other than that a great place. One of the best RV resorts we have stayed at. Some spots are better than others but all are very good. Staff in office could be better.

The free WiFi worked great. There are paved level sites, and easy access for big rigs. There is no grass, just dirt other than where the rig sits. There is a nice dog area with burned out grass. It is not a bad place for a couple of days. There is very nice staff!!

Some sites were a 10 for sure but most of those were 30 amp with satellite reception blocked by trees. The staff was the best I have encountered at a RV park. The Wifi was slow but worked just fine from our site and was included in the price ie. free. There were movies for rent for $1.00. I saw a lot of nice size (up to 23 inches) rainbow trout brought back to the camp from diamond lake but I didn't fish.

Don't come here if you want to use Wi-Fi at your site. System down for our entire one week stay. Pet friendly and nice staff and owner but he was unable to get Wi-Fi working, put in a very weak system as a temporary fix. Sites are very close but paved and level.

Not a bad spot for a couple of days. Spots are paved with nice grass between the sites. Pet friendly and close to town. Only negative was it was hard to get through to the office due to limited hours, staff was very nice once you got an answer. WiFi cost$ 5.00 a day but they gave out coupons for a free day or two. Once you got through the cumbersome sign in process it worked ok.

Great modern park. Can't think of one negative. Staff couldn't be nicer. Great grass between spots. Diesel was 2.59.9 when we were there. Much better than Cal. prices, propane 1.95. Casino is small and machines only, no tables. Wireless was free and worked great.

Dustiest place I have ever been to. Roads are dirt not gravel. This area is having a hot (100+) stretch of weeks and way too much dust. Spaces are mostly tight for big rigs. Pool looks nice and many activities for the kids. Good location for visiting Yosemite. Pricey for what you get!!

OK for a short stay, now have basic cable, wifi, and take credit cards. Pull thru sites are set up more for 5th wheels than motorhomes. To use all hookups any big rig will have to disconnect and park toad.

Convenient location to I-44,nice sites, good wifi and cable tv. Now there is one very rude male worker, very petty, you'll know him if you deal with him. Other that that one negative, I would camp here again.

Park laid out very nice. Large cement pads. Good WiFi and a true resort pool with hot tub. Staff were excellent. Some sites are for sale. Paved roads. If all parks were like this trust me no one would complain! I plan on returning. About 3 miles from town and Lake Michigan.

Most sites are side by side but is not a problem if not full. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly. Near the highway with traffic noise. Nice grass and many well trimmed trees. No cable TV and Wi-Fi cost 2.95/day, less for more days.

Overall a very enjoyable week. Wi-Fi had to be reset many times. Spots had a lot of grass, and were paved under the rig. It was run by the on site owners who were very involved in the day to day running of the resort. The pool is huge and a lot fun. The owners were very personable and accommodating. Ice cream socials and pancake breakfast were enjoyable. Extremely pet friendly park!!!! Charged $2.00/ per day for pets.

Wi-Fi worked only about 30% of the time and the sign on process is the most complicated, frustrating process that you can imagine. Site is on/in the hills, but most sites are fairly level. This is a large area with wooded sites and open sites. There is some traffic noise. It is close to the US Marine Museum.

Stayed 3 days spot 904, a real mud hole since it rained, low hanging trees for my 40 foot coach. On arrival had burned rubbish in the fire pit, broken glass all over the area, goose droppings everywhere, an empty milk carton wedged in the tree trunk and the clincher was a used prophylactic laying on the ground. A real mess!! Many open sites with grass were available so I don't know why we were put in that spot. The people at the front office were not helpful at all. On the good side the security is good and the Wednesday night pizza was good. The lake is very muddy and full of geese that create a real mess in the campground. $.95 a day for the Wi-Fi and you must walk all the way to the office to sign up. A real bummer. I would not go back.

Campground is laid out nicely for big rigs 40 ft.MH and had plenty of room, trees not a problem. Pet friendly. Check in was very efficient. Wi-Fi was weak many times but does work. Beats the chaos in Gatlinburg and Pigeonford. 20 min. to Cades Cove.

I just drove through and this place, is good for big rigs. New gravel and level sites. Looked like 70ft. plus- pull throughs. Seemed like a much nicer place than Timber ridge.

Big rigs beware the trees need trimming badly!! The location is very good, WiFi at the library 1/2 mile away, but works good. The sites are very close (side by side) they say pull through is 70 ft. but it is really about 48 ft. if that!!! Stay here if you have a small rig and don't mind a sewer hose under your picnic table.

Trees in the way, no signs, roads bad, many sites not level. You get the picture not a very nice place. If you have a small rig this place would rate much higher. We were in a 40 ft. MH and all turns and sites were very tight. Had to trim many branches just to get into my site. Wifi is 1/2 mile down the road at the motel office, we did get Verizon phone reception at the site.

Great park and staff. Fish right behind the rig. You will not be disappointed with your spot here!!!

Had a fair spot, good wifi but not very level and the hook-ups were not placed logically i.e. a very long hose needed sewer and water. Trees also could be a problem.
