Pretty area lots of well kept sites. Wifi is poor, only in the first 15 sites. Price was $22 per night; we stayed 9 days. Looking over the other RV parks in the area most seemed like dumps, old run down, crowded sites. Biggest draw backs is no sewer, very weak WIFI, and limited TV with your antenna. But it's quiet, lots of deer, and clean. There are large sites with covered picnic table, fire rings, paved parking, and grass.
I have stayed here before and again enjoyed my stay. Only time I wasn't happy was one weekend when some of the cabins stayed noisy till near midnight. I stayed in the rear of the park which most of the time was very quiet. Trash truck does come very early twice a week. Limited laundry to use but you can pass the time upstairs playing pool. Lots of wildlife wanders through the park. It is very close to the Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino which is handy. Stayed 3 months and will stay here again.
Over all this was a nice clean, shady, and quiet park. Some of the areas were nice grass and mowed, others unmowed with tall grass or no grass, and some of the grass was brown/needed watering. Some spots only have 30 amp service!!!! Wi-Fi was weak and dropped out at times. The camp hosts (2 couples and 1 single)were very nice and wonderful to us. On the other hand the OWNER was rude and uncaring about anything except collecting his fee and ignoring us and everyone else in the park. If we knew he wouldn't be around we would return , but we wouldn't know that so we would chose a different park just because of him.
